Claims (7)
- 灯壳散热一体化LED灯,包括壳体(1),壳体(1)内开设空腔(2),空腔(2)内安装PCB线路板(3)或大功率LED发光模组,线路板(3)上安装多个LED(4),其特征在于:壳体采用铝合金压铸、灯壳散热器一体化壳体,壳体外部设有散热鳍片(7),壳体上部设有散热器(8)。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的灯壳散热一体化LED灯,其特征在于:空腔(2)内安装金属 基高导热PCB线路板(3)或大功率LED发光模组。
- 3.根据权利要求1或2所述的灯壳散热一体化LED灯,其特征在于:PCB线路板(3)上 安装多个LED。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的灯壳散热一体化LED灯,其特征在于:壳体下部设有密封防 水玻璃罩(5)。
- 5.根据权利要求1所述的灯壳散热一体化LED灯,其特征在于:壳体(1)上部安装防 水密封电器箱(9),电器箱(9)内安装恒流驱动电源(11)。
- 6.根据权利要求5所述的灯壳散热一体化LED灯,其特征在于:电器箱(9)顶部设有 吊钩或吊装法兰(10)。
- 7.根据权利要求5所述的灯壳散热一体化LED灯,其特征在于:恒流电源(11)的输出 端通过导线与PCB线路板(3)连接,输入端穿过防水接口(12)与外部电源连接。
