为了解决手电筒与指南针一起携带的问题，本实用新型提供一种带指南针的手电筒，带指南针的手电筒由电筒管、开关、聚光镜、电池、灯泡、指南针组成，在手电筒前的聚光镜背面外侧设置个小型指南针，在指南针内边缘处安装个发光二级管，发光二级管的二根脚与手电筒前的灯泡连接。当人们打开手电筒开关时，手电筒的灯泡开始发亮，发光二级管也随之发光，使探险者边打着手电筒探索前进，也可以随时方便地观察到指南针辨认前进所指的方向。
