本实用新型的目的在于针对上述充电灯没有指路功能的缺陷，提供一种使用方便的设有指南针的充电灯。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型主要是采用以下技术方案来实现的。本实用新型主要由充电灯的灯体及设于灯体上的手柄和灯头所组成，在灯体内设有蓄电池，在灯体的上面，在手柄的旁边设有一个指南针。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下明显的优点。(1)结构简单。本实用新型的充电灯的背上设有一只指南针，既美观又不影响充电灯的照明功能。(2)使用方便，指南针设有充电灯的背面上，一目了然。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型主要由充电灯的灯体4及设于灯体4上的手柄1和灯头3所组成，在灯体4内设有蓄电池5，在灯体4的上面，在手柄1的旁边设有一个指南针2。
