Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可浮于水面之潜水手电筒,在前盖内嵌卡定位有防水垫圈及透光镜片,在筒身前端外扩形成有容室供容设入灯杯,在容室外侧缘以螺纹段与前盖螺设结合,该螺纹段内端套设有防水垫圈,且在筒身底端外缘形成的螺纹段内端套设有防水垫圈而与后盖螺设结合,在后盖内设有开关组,该开关组外端则设有防水垫片由后盖的透孔对应穿设结合;由于采用这样的结构,在该手电筒于掉落水中时,不会沉入水底,而能浮于水面;不仅使得在水面上工作的人员若手电筒掉落于水中,能快速方便捡起,且落水遇难的人亦能用来做为求救手电筒使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种手电筒,尤其是一种可浮于水面上的手电筒。
背景技术
目前现有技术,在日常生活中,时常会有需要临时照明的机会,例如:突然进入一暗室里一时找不到灯的开关,或者原本夜里在室内突然停电灯熄,或者夜归开门锁,或者是暗处寻物等,都需要立即的光源,才能立即改善当时所造成的不便。
一般现有常见的手电筒结构,主要由本体、灯罩座及底盖所组成,于本体顶端内设有发光组件,且以电池作为主要供发光组件发亮之来源,同时以一开关部控制发光组件开启或关闭发亮功能,而本体内之电池系藉由底盖之锁设,而将其限位在本体内,而灯罩座则覆盖于发光组件上且锁设于本体顶端者;据此,即构成一可供照明使用之手电筒。
然而,一般现有的各式手电筒结构,虽然皆可达到发光提供人们适当照明的功效,但于其实际操作施行使用上却发现,该类手电筒结构仅能单纯发光进行照明,其具有下列缺点:(一)该类手电筒并无任何防水设计,使得其在使用过程中容易因水气侵入手电筒内部,造成手电筒内部电路、金属导电片受潮生锈甚至损坏之情况发生。(二)该类手电筒不仅无任何防水设计,且亦无法浮于水面,使得一旦掉落入水中,即会迅速沉入水底,尤其是对于水面上工作之人员来说,时常会有手电筒掉落水中、沉入水底,而无法捡起或遭水淹没损坏之情况发生,而导致使用上之极大损失。(三)该类手电筒一般皆系将控制其明灭状态之控制开关设于本体侧缘,或系直接利用本体与灯罩座或底盖之旋紧、旋松控制手电筒之明灭,使得其于控制手电筒明灭之控制开关设计上并不具有防水抗压功效,无法在水中使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种可浮于水面的潜水手电筒,它不仅能在该手电筒于掉落水中时,不会沉入水底,而能浮于水面,正常使用,而且落水遇难的人也可以用来做为求救手电筒使用。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种可浮于水面的潜水手电筒,它包括前盖、灯杯、筒身、开关组及后盖;其特殊之处在于:所述前盖的前端内缘处形成有抵靠缘,在该前盖内嵌卡定位有防水垫圈及透光镜片,在该前盖内侧缘形成有螺纹段;
所述灯杯的中间位置处设有发光组件,在灯杯底部对应发光组件设有导电组件;
所述筒身的前端外扩形成有容室,该容室内可容设入灯杯,在容室外侧缘对应前盖之螺纹段形成有螺纹段,在螺纹段内端套设有防水垫圈,在筒身底端外缘有螺纹段,在该螺纹段内端套设有防水垫圈;
所述开关组的外端设有防水垫片;
所述后盖在内侧缘前段处对应筒身底端外缘之螺纹段形成有筒身螺纹段,在后盖内容设固定开关组,在后盖后端对应开关组的防水垫片设有透孔。
所述的一种可浮于水面的潜水手电筒,其特殊之处在于:所述开关组设有一控制器,该控制器在外端面设有导电组件、内端面设有控制开关,在控制器外侧缘形成有螺纹段,在控制器内端面外缘处套设有定位环,对应控制器上的控制开关分别设有复位弹性组件及按压件,对应该按压件设有按压件定位套,该按压件定位套内贯穿开设有穿孔供按压件穿出,在按压件定位套外侧缘则形成有螺纹段,在按压件定位套外端对应设有防水垫片;该后盖内侧缘后段处对应该开关组控制器及按压件定位套之螺纹段形成有开关组螺纹段。
本实用新型一种可浮于水面的潜水手电筒,所述前盖内嵌卡定位有防水垫圈及透光镜片,在筒身前端外扩形成有容室供容设入灯杯,于容室外侧缘以螺纹段与前盖螺设结合,该螺纹段内端套设有防水垫圈,且在筒身底端外缘形成之螺纹段内端套设有防水垫圈而与后盖螺设结合,在后盖内设有开关组,该开关组外端则设有防水垫片由后盖的透孔对应穿设结合;由于采用这样的结构,可以使手电筒掉落水中时,不会沉入水底,而能浮于水面;不仅使得在水面上工作的人员若手电筒掉落于水中,能快速方便捡起,且落水遇难的人也能用来做为求救手电筒使用;让水气无法侵入手电筒内部,具有防水功效,避免因水气侵入所造成之生锈损坏情况发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种可浮于水面的潜水手电筒包括前盖1、灯杯2、筒身3、开关组4及后盖5;
所述前盖1的前端内缘处形成有抵靠缘11,使前盖1内可供嵌卡定位有防水垫圈12及透光镜片13,该防水垫圈12及透光镜片13抵靠于抵靠缘11处,在该前盖1内侧缘还有螺纹段14。
所述灯杯2的内缘处形成有光学镜面21,并在灯杯2中间位置处设有发光组件22,在该灯杯2底部则对应发光组件22设有导电组件23。
所述筒身3的前端外扩形成有容室31,在筒身3前端容室31至筒身3后端的内侧端面凹设有容槽32供嵌卡导电片321,在容室31内侧缘嵌卡套设有导电环33,在容室31内并可供容设入灯杯2,在该容室31外侧缘则对应前盖1的螺纹段14形成有螺纹段34,同时在螺纹段34内端套设有防水垫圈35,另外筒身3底端内缘处同样套设有导电环36,在筒身3底端外缘形成有螺纹段37,在螺纹段37内端也套设有防水垫圈38。
所述开关组4设有一控制器41,该控制器41在外端面设有导电组件411、内端面设有控制开关412,在控制器41外侧缘形成有螺纹段413,在控制器41内端面外缘处套设有定位环42,且对应控制器41上的控制开关412分别设有复位弹性组件43及按压件44,在将按压件44向内按压时,该按压件44能将复位弹性组件43下压,并按压控制开关412,而当不对按压件44施力按压时,则能由复位弹性组件43将按压件44顶撑回复定位,对应该按压件44设有按压件定位套45,该按压件定位套45内贯穿开设有穿孔451供按压件44穿出,在按压件定位套45外侧缘则形成有螺纹段452,还在按压件定位套45外端对应设有防水垫片46。
所述后盖5的内侧缘前段处对应筒身3底端外缘的螺纹段37形成有筒身螺纹段51,在后盖5内侧缘后段处对应该开关组4控制器41及按压件定位套45的螺纹段413、螺纹段452形成有开关组螺纹段52,在后盖5后端对应开关组4的防水垫片46设有透孔53。
如图2、图3所示,在筒身3前端之容室31内容设入灯杯2,前盖1的螺纹段14与容室31外侧缘的螺纹段34相互螺纹配合,使灯杯2前端缘顶靠于前盖1的透光镜片13上,在该筒身3内部容装置入电池6,使该开关组4以控制器41及按压件定位套45的螺纹段413、452与后盖5的开关组螺纹段52螺纹固定,让开关组4与后盖5相互结合定位,再以后盖5内侧缘前段处的筒身螺纹段51与筒身3底端外缘的螺纹段37相互螺纹结合定位。
本实用新型在使用时,不仅利用筒身3与前盖1间设置的防水垫圈35、筒身3与后盖5间设置的防水垫圈38及后盖5透孔53与开关组4间的防水垫片46,让水气无法侵入内部,具有防水功效,且一旦手电筒掉落水中,由于其具有防水功效加上于筒身3前端外扩形成之容室31内能容装充满空气,而让该手电筒不会沉入水底、能浮于水面上。
由于本实用新型的开关组4设置在后盖5处,利用防水垫片46对应设置在后盖5的透孔53内,使得能防止水气由后盖5之透孔53处侵入,且在该开关组4利用按压件44对控制器41上的控制开关412进行按压,及利用按压件定位套45的保护,使得开关组4的控制器41能承受极大的压力,即使在深海下工作也不会有损坏之情况发生。
如图4所示,且落水遇难的人也能用来做为求救手电筒使用;

Claims (2)

1.一种可浮于水面的潜水手电筒,它包括前盖、灯杯、筒身、开关组及后盖;其特征在于:所述前盖的前端内缘处形成有抵靠缘,在该前盖内嵌卡定位有防水垫圈及透光镜片,在该前盖内侧缘形成有螺纹段;
所述灯杯的中间位置处设有发光组件,在灯杯底部对应发光组件设有导电组件;
所述筒身的前端外扩形成有容室,该容室内可容设入灯杯,在容室外侧缘对应前盖之螺纹段形成有螺纹段,在螺纹段内端套设有防水垫圈,在筒身底端外缘有螺纹段,在该螺纹段内端套设有防水垫圈;
所述开关组的外端设有防水垫片;
所述后盖在内侧缘前段处对应筒身底端外缘之螺纹段形成有筒身螺纹段,在后盖内容设固定开关组,在后盖后端对应开关组的防水垫片设有透孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可浮于水面的潜水手电筒,其特征在于:所述开关组设有一控制器,该控制器在外端面设有导电组件、内端面设有控制开关,在控制器外侧缘形成有螺纹段,在控制器内端面外缘处套设有定位环,对应控制器上的控制开关分别设有复位弹性组件及按压件,对应该按压件设有按压件定位套,该按压件定位套内贯穿开设有穿孔供按压件穿出,在按压件定位套外侧缘则形成有螺纹段,在按压件定位套外端对应设有防水垫片;该后盖内侧缘后段处对应该开关组控制器及按压件定位套之螺纹段形成有开关组螺纹段。
