我们知道,现有的污水泵切割装置,是在叶轮进口处设有切割刀,这种污水泵切割装置,由于叶轮进口处设有切割刀,切割刀上容易缠绕上垃圾,切割效果差,泵进口易阻塞。

本发明的技术方案是,设有叶轮,叶轮上设有导流片,主要结构特点是,叶轮进口处设有切割盘,切割盘内径上设有轴向切割槽,切割盘与叶轮相对的侧面设有径向切割槽。
本发明的有益效果是,由于叶轮进口处设有切割盘,切割盘内径上设有轴向切割槽,切割盘与叶轮相对的侧面设有径向切割槽,轴向切割槽与导流片配合切割杂质,径向切割槽与叶片配合切割杂质,切割效果好,可以有效粉碎杂质,防止泵进口阻塞。本发明适用于各种污水泵。

如图所示的污水泵切割装置,设有叶轮4,叶轮4上设有导流片5,叶轮4进口处设有切割盘1,切割盘1内径上匀布轴向切割槽6,切割盘1与叶轮4相对的侧面上匀布径向切割槽2,轴向切割槽6与导流片5配合切割杂质,径向切割槽2与叶片3配合切割杂质,切割效果好,可以有效粉碎杂质,防止泵进口阻塞的污水泵切割装置。
