本实用新型涉及一种回收造纸白水中纤维的装置。
背景技术:
变压器绝缘纸板生产过程中,从圆网笼滤下的白水中纤维浓度高达500-600ppm,这部分水在回收循环使用前需经过处理才能用于喷网。目前用于过滤的斜筛是平直的,由于斜筛为平直形,缺点是白水流速快,过滤效果不好,回收的浆料浓度低,将其直接用于生产系统中会使系统中的浆料浓度降低,破坏系统的平衡。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种回收的浆料浓度较高,直接用于生产系统中不会使系统中的浆料浓度降低的回收造纸白水中纤维的装置。
上述目的是这样实现的:与现有技术相同的是它也包括回收浆池和回收水池,回收浆池和回收水池上方有上盖,在上盖上固定有框架,斜筛装在框架上,稳水槽装在斜筛侧上方的框架上;与现有技术不同的是这里的斜筛为弧形,经实验,其弧度以6-8°为宜。
本实用新型的优点是:由于斜筛为弧形,白水流速较慢,过滤效果好,回收的浆料浓度高,将其直接用于生产系统中不会使系统中的浆料浓度降低。
