本实用新型涉及一种射频同轴连接器,具体是涉及一种防热缩套松脱的射频同轴连接器。
背景技术
射频同轴电缆组件广泛用于微波毫米的波通讯、测试领域,如图1所示的电缆连接器和柔性射频同轴电缆组装而成。在刚性的电缆连接器和柔性电缆的结合部位,往往套上一层或多层热缩套管,以减小应力集中对电缆的损伤(如图2所示)。但是,电缆组件经过长期使用后,热缩套管往往容易松动而产生轴向移位(如图3所示),从而失去了保护电缆的作用。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的:本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种防止热缩套松脱的射频同轴连接器。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本实用新型所述的一种防热缩套松脱的射频同轴连接器,包括前部和后部,该连接器后部的管体尾端设有一外径大于该管体的凸台,凸台优选为圆环状。
有益效果:本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本实用新型在不改变加工方法的情况下,有效的防止了包裹在射频同轴连接器上热缩套的松脱,从而使射频同轴电缆组件的的可靠性更高,使用寿命更长,为客户使用降低了成本。

如图4所示的一种防热缩套松脱的射频同轴连接器,包括前部1和后部2,该连接器后部2的管体尾端设有一外径大于该管体的环状凸台3。
如图5所示,当一种射频软电缆5插入连接器后部2之后,套上热缩套4,越过凸台3的热缩套4缩紧后其内径小于凸台3的外径,因此凸台3对热缩套4产生了较大的轴向阻力,对热缩套4的轴向移动产生了限制,有效的防止了热缩套4的滑落。
如图6所示的防热缩套松脱的射频同轴连接器,连接器前部1内插入SMA电缆6;连接器后部2内插入射频软电缆5,然后将热缩套4套上射频同轴连接器,通过连接器上的凸台3防止了热缩套4的滑落。

1.一种防热缩套松脱的射频同轴连接器,包括前部(1)和后部(2),其特征在于:该连接器后部(2)的管体尾端设有一外径大于该管体的凸台(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防热缩套松脱的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述凸台(3)为环状。
