Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种电容新型安装结构，包括壳体和电容；其特征在于对应环电容外侧的壳体上设有三个弹簧片，其底部间隔均匀固定于壳体，所述电容插装于弹簧片中，旋转电容调整其安装孔位与其上平行设有的铜排固定孔位配合，并用螺钉将铜排固定。实施中，将三个弹簧片根据电容直径固定于壳体；电容由各弹簧片外折弯处夹紧定位于壳体上；所述铜排由螺钉紧固安装在电容上方。本实用新型结构紧凑、体积小，安装方便，性能可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种安装结构，特别涉及一种用于电容新型安装结构。
背景技术
目前，大量电气设备需要安装电容，目前通用的电容安装为底面螺钉固定，或者用电容支架固定，并且绝大部分都是用电容支架紧固。用电容支架安装电容时必须先调整电容孔位以配合连接铜排，然后用一个横向的螺钉箍紧；操作较为繁琐，尤其当安装数个电容间隙较小时，操作更加困难，且不易调整电容连接孔位；而且特定直径的电容必须用特定直径的电容支架配合，因此必须加工不同直径的电容支架配合不同的电容。
因此，提出一种结构简单、结构合理、安装简单、易调整、易加工的电容新型安装结构，是该领域技术人员应着手解决的问题之一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的不足之处，提供一种结构简单、结构合理、安装简单、易调整、易加工的电容新型安装结构。
为实现上述目的本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种电容新型安装结构，包括壳体和电容；其特征在于对应环电容外侧的壳体上设有三个弹簧片，其底部间隔均匀固定于壳体，所述电容插装于弹簧片中，旋转电容调整其安装孔位与其上平行设有的铜排固定孔位配合，并用螺钉将铜排固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用弹簧片易直插电容固定，安装方便，电容安装孔位与铜排固定孔位配合容易，并且易于调整；另外弹簧片易于加工，所有电容安装时均可使用同一种弹簧片。本实用新型构思巧妙、成本低、稳定可靠、操作简便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和较佳的实施例，对依据本实用新型提供的具体实施方式、结构、特征详述如下：
参见图1-图4，本实用新型包括壳体4和电容2，对应环电容2外侧的壳体4上设有三个弹簧片3，其底部间隔均匀固定于壳体4，所述电容2插装于弹簧片3中，旋转电容2调整其安装孔位与其上平行设有的铜排1固定孔位配合，并用螺钉将铜排1固定。
所述电容2呈圆柱状；同时也适用于其它圆柱状元器件或零件的定位安装。
所述弹簧片3固定焊接于壳体4，或采用螺钉将弹簧片3固定于壳体4上。
所述弹簧片3之间相隔角度为120°。
实施中，将三个弹簧片3根据电容2直径固定于壳体4；电容2由各弹簧片3外折弯处夹紧定位于壳体4上；所述铜排1由螺钉紧固安装在电容2上方。
上述参照实例对该电容新型安装结构进行详细的描述，是说明性的而不是限定性的，因此在不脱离本实用新型总体构思下的变化和修改，应属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种电容新型安装结构，包括壳体和电容；其特征在于对应环电容外侧的壳体上设有三个弹簧片，其底部间隔均匀固定于壳体，所述电容插装于弹簧片中，旋转电容调整其安装孔位与其上平行设有的铜排固定孔位配合，并用螺钉将铜排固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电容新型安装结构，其特征在于所述电容呈圆柱状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电容新型安装结构，其特征在于所述弹簧片固定焊接于壳体，或采用螺钉将弹簧片固定于壳体上。
