所述导电线芯1为绞在一起的多根导体单丝,各个导体单丝之间的间隙内设有散乱分布的半导电阻水粉,阻水粉遇水会迅速膨胀,阻止水向电缆纵向移动,因此本实用新型在潮湿的环境下破损也能继续导电,防水效果好。所述导体单丝是经过软化后的裸圆软铜线和表面镀锡的圆铜软单线。导电线芯的截面为圆形,其截面积为0.5~4mm2,导电线芯的物理强度高,机械性能强,稳定性好,其形状是不变的,对电缆的可曲度影响很小。无磁性钢带保护层间隙式绕包在内护套层之外。所述耐火合成云母带具有优良的耐火阻燃效果,且在燃烧温度下仍能保持良好的介电强度。
所述绝缘层、内护套层、外护套层的材料为低烟无卤聚乙烯电缆料。低烟无卤聚乙烯电缆料是通过交联特殊处理工艺,将聚乙烯线型分子结构转变为立网状分子结构,大大提高了产品的电气性能、物理性能和机械性能,耐高温性能强,可燃性较差,即使着火也不易蔓延,更不会产生卤化氢气体,电缆在燃烧时就可以不释放有害烟雾。
