为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种双水调温打气筒，它包括打气筒，在打气筒外部设有水套，水套上端和下端设有密封套。
本实用新型在现有打气筒的外部套装了一个水套，水套两端通过密封套密封。在炎热的夏季向管内注入冷水，当打气筒摩擦时产生的热量传递到水套的冷水中，从而避免了打气筒的发热。在寒冷的冬季，向水套内注入热水，热水将使打气筒内的润滑液不会凝固，从而保持打气筒的顺畅。
