本实用新型涉及一种清洁牙齿用具,特别是涉及一种聚四氟乙烯牙线。
背景技术:
牙线最初是作为牙医器械使用的,后来人们发现它不仅可以清除食物嵌渣,而且,还可用于清除牙缝中的牙菌斑、软牙垢,其结果十分有效。因此,自八十年代开始,欧美等发达国家率先将其改进为洁牙用品推向市场,牙线的使用是去除牙缝间嵌塞物的最有效方法,并可消除塞牙带来的痛苦,牙线能方便地到达刷牙、漱口及剔牙都难以到达的狭窄牙缝,去除牙缝间的食物残渣、牙菌斑及软牙垢,清洁牙齿,牙线的使用可以通过按摩刺激牙齿周围的牙龈,增加牙龈的血液循环,从而达到预防或减少,乃至治疗牙科治病的作用,牙线还可以修复表面粗糙的牙齿,总之牙线的使用可以明显提高口腔卫生,保持牙周健康,减少由牙科疾病而引发的其他疾病,牙线目前在发达国家的使用已经是极为普遍。
但是,现有的牙线的加工制造方法使加工后的牙线的线身的横断面均为呈扁长方形状或扁圆形状,这种牙线的缺点是,使用时牙线在牙齿缝隙内松紧效应较迟钝,清洁面小,对那些排列不整齐的牙齿及牙齿缝隙存在较大差异时就不能很好地清洁牙齿齿面,另外,口感不尽人意,而且,现有的牙线强度也不够高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种聚四氟乙烯牙线,它不但能使牙线的线身具有敏捷的松紧效应,而且,能有效地清洁及保健牙齿表面,更有利于清除牙齿缝隙间的食物残渣、牙菌斑及软牙垢。
为了达到上述的目的本实用新型是这样实现的:本实用新型的一种聚四氟乙烯牙线包括有一线身,所述的线身为具有微孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜经膜裂刀片分切并再由呈“V”形状凹槽的成型模卷起拉伸后所形成的横断面呈“ひ”形状的线身。

由于通过改进牙线的切片、成型工艺过程制得了本实用新型的一种聚四氟乙烯牙线,本发明的牙线的原料为聚四氟乙烯,经过前期加工成具有微孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜,后经膜裂刀片分切成尺寸均匀的扁平长达千米的窄薄条带,此窄薄条带再经牵伸力作用,拉至呈“V”形状凹槽的成型模卷起拉伸后即形成横断面呈“ひ”形状结构的聚四氟乙烯牙线。
本实用新型的一种聚四氟乙烯牙线具有如下特点:
1、本实用新型的线身为横断面呈“ひ”形状的线身,横断面呈“ひ”形状的线身在不受压力时,横断面呈“ひ”形状,线身的宽度为2.0-2.2mm,线身的厚度为50-65μm,在受压力时,横断面呈扁平长方形状,在进入牙缝内的过程中松紧效应敏捷,在操作时,能保证当横断面呈“ひ”形状的线身嵌入牙齿缝隙瞬间,在受力为0.1N时压迫收紧,此时,线身横断面呈扁平长方形状,且线身容易进入牙齿缝隙间,而进入到牙齿缝隙中,线身随即扩展开横断面呈“ひ”形状,使牙线线身能充分接触牙齿缝隙间的牙面,并与牙面、牙根接触自如,且清洁面大,既可清洁齿缝,又可对存有瑕疵的齿面作修磨、保健按摩,可使牙齿保持健康,本实用新型的横断面呈“ひ”形状的线身洁齿的接触面经模拟测试结果比现有的牙线可提高50-60%。
2、本实用新型的横断面呈“ひ”形状的线身具有一定的粗糙度,且富有弹性,适合于不同齿缝间隙使用,在离开齿缝清洁齿面时因弹性而增加了清洁面积,另表面粗糙度也便于夹带走牙齿缝隙间的污染物,口感也好。
3、本实用新型的横断面呈“ひ”形状的线身,还因通过切片、成型过程中又连续二次拉伸也使线身的强度有所提高,经测试强度为29-39CN/tex。
本实用新型的一种聚四氟乙烯牙线可供医院、家庭等在对牙的洁齿、修复及保健时使用。

1.一种聚四氟乙烯牙线,它包括有一线身(1),其特征在于所述的线身(1)为具有微孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜经膜裂刀片分切并再由呈“V”形状凹槽的成型模卷起拉伸后所形成的横断面呈“ひ”形状的线身。
