技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水族箱，尤其涉及一种铝合金框制成的、方便调整制作尺寸的新型水族箱。
背景技术
目前市面上的水族箱大部分是用玻璃粘接而成，并在外表面加装饰面板，以起到美观作用。装饰面板的材质主要有玻璃、铝塑拉丝板、木板、大理石板、石膏板等。他们只起到装饰作用。也有少数水族箱用铝合金做边框，加玻璃粘接而成，外面加装饰板，材料用PVC等。但水族箱宽度是固定的，不能改变。
另外，由于现有水族箱需要加装装饰面板，制作工艺复杂、成本较高。
总之，现有的水族箱无论在美观性、制作方便性以及水族箱强度方面都存在亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种新型的铝合金框水族箱，其结构简单，解决了现有铝合金框水族箱制作时尺寸固定，不易改变的技术问题。本实用新型提出的水族箱制作时，长度尺寸、宽度尺寸以及高度尺寸均可以在一定范围内改变。且省去了装饰面板，提高了水族箱的强度。整体效果好，使用更安全更可靠。
本实用新型的铝合金框水族箱具有如下特点：
①玻璃插入铝合金型材特制的槽中，三面涂胶，粘接牢固可靠。
②铝合金型材通过连接块铆接固定在一起，强度较大。
③水族箱在制作时长、宽、高尺寸都可以改变(在一定范围内)，满足不同用户的需要。
④制作工艺一致性好，有条件的地方可进行机械化生产，保证了产品质量。
⑤铝合金拉筋及拉筋座与上横撑用铆钉铆在一起，防止水族箱装水后变形。
⑥铝合金框水族箱强度大，可降低玻璃厚度，减轻水族箱重量。
⑦铝合金的外观可喷涂多种色彩，以满足用户需求。
⑧在水族箱两端装有过滤系统和活性氧及EST装置可确保长期不换水，其中活性氧和EST装置为选装。
⑨在缸体下部横撑边，可以根据用户需要扩展安装电子控制板。

下面将详细描述根据本实用新型铝合金框水族箱的结构。图1是根据本实用新型的铝合金框水族箱正面示意图。图2是根据本实用新型的铝合金框水族箱俯视图(右半部分去掉上盖)。图3是图2中沿A-A线的剖视图。在附图1-3中，附图标记1为铝合金面板，2、7、9、10均为铝合金横撑，3为铝合金竖撑，4为连接块，5为角铝，6为拉筋及拉筋座，8为电子控制板(可选装)。本铝合金框水族箱，由铝合金面板(1)、上部铝合金横撑(9、10)、下部铝合金横撑(2、7)、左右各两根铝合金竖撑(3)构成框架，其中铝合金面板(1)、上部铝合金横撑(9、10)、下部铝合金横撑(2、7)以及铝合金竖撑(3)均具有特定的横截面形状，其横截面为两个正交布置的U形，U形开口向外，以保证能够同时夹持两面水族箱玻璃。铝合金面板(1)、上部铝合金横撑(9)以及下部铝合金横撑(2)的U形槽夹持前面玻璃；同时铝合金面板(1)又与左右各两根铝合金竖撑(3)的U形槽夹持左右两侧面玻璃；左右两根铝合金竖撑(3)与上部铝合金横撑(10)以及下部铝合金横撑(7)的U形槽中夹持后面玻璃，后面玻璃可粘贴各种图案的背景纸，也可不用粘贴背景纸，做成双面水族箱。底面玻璃由固定在下部铝合金横撑(2、7)上的角铝(5)托住。拉筋及拉筋底座(6)固定在上部铝合金横撑(9、10)上防止缸体上部变形。铝合金面板(1)、上部铝合金横撑(9、10)、下部铝合金横撑(2、7)以及左右两根铝合金竖撑(3)分别通过连接块(4)连接在一起，由铆钉铆在一起。连接块(4)的具体位置如图1中虚线部分(4)以及图2局部剖视图中(4)所示。铝合金型材的特定横截面形状为两个正交布置的U形，U形开口向外，参见图2中的(1、3)及图3中的(2、7)所示。水族箱的各面玻璃放入铝合金型材特制的U形槽中，三面涂胶进行粘接。
根据本实用新型的铝合金框水族箱，在制作时长、宽、高尺寸都可以改变(在一定范围内)，满足不同用户的需要。制作工艺的一致性好，保证了产品质量。铝合金框水族箱强度大，可降低玻璃厚度，减轻水族箱重量。铝合金的外观可喷涂多种色彩，可以满足不同用户需求。在缸体下部横撑(2)上还可以根据用户需要可安装电子控制板(8)，可对水族箱中的各电子控件进行遥控，并可以具有以下功能：日历、时间、温度、活性氧、EST、及水质测量、灯、水泵等。铝合金框水族箱强度大，整体效果好，使用更安全更可靠。
上面虽然结合附图详细描述了根据本实用新型的铝合金框水族箱，但上述描述并非限制性的，本领域技术人员在上述公开内容的基础上可以对该水族箱进行适当改变，例如改变一些微观形状等，但这也落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种铝合金框水族箱，其特征在于，由铝合金面板(1)、上部铝合金横撑(9、10)、下部铝合金横撑(2、7)、左右各两根铝合金竖撑(3)构成框架，其中铝合金面板(1)、上部铝合金横撑(9)以及下部铝合金横撑(2)的U形槽夹持前面玻璃；同时铝合金面板(1)又与左右各两根铝合金竖撑(3)的U形槽夹持左右两侧面玻璃；左右两根铝合金竖撑(3)与上部铝合金横撑(10)以及下部铝合金横撑(7)的U形槽夹持后面玻璃。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝合金框水族箱，所述铝合金面板(1)、上部铝合金横撑(9、10)、下部铝合金横撑(2、7)以及铝合金竖撑(3)的横截面形状均为两个正交布置的U形，U形开口向外夹持水族箱玻璃。
3.如权利要求1所述的铝合金框水族箱，所述铝合金面板(1)、上部铝合金横撑(9、10)、下部铝合金横撑(2、7)以及左右两根铝合金竖撑(3)分别通过连接块(4)连接在一起，由铆钉铆在一起。
4.如权利要求1所述的铝合金框水族箱，后面玻璃可粘贴各种图案的背景纸，也可不用粘贴背景纸，做成双面水族箱。
5.如权利要求1所述的铝合金框水族箱，下部铝合金竖撑(2)上安装有电子控制板(8)。
