Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种pH电极保护管装置,在金属制的pH电极安装座的下部,延伸出带孔的金属保护管,套在pH电极玻璃管的外面,电极安装座及保护管,均为不锈钢制造,二者接触可靠,构成电的良导体。当套有保护管的电极在流通池上装卸或标定过程中,确保玻璃管不因磕碰而损坏。当电极放在流通池或烧杯内时,保护管与被测溶液可靠接触,使溶液与电缆的接地导线可靠相连,解决了在线测量及标定时,溶液接地的问题,而无需另外增设溶液接地导线。保护管在圆周上开有数个通水孔,不影响被测水的流动,可保证电极正常工作。

技术领域
本实用新型有关一种环保测量技术领域中的一种装置,特别是pH测量仪表的pH电极的保护管。
背景技术
目前,公知水质测量pH值时,使被测水流经特制的流通池,测量pH值的pH电极(传感器)未加保护地放在流通池中;该电极使用前应进行标定,标定时将电极从流通池内取出,也是未加保护的放在盛有缓冲液(已知pH值)的烧杯中进行。在上述两种情况下,pH电极在装卸和放置时,电极的玻璃管部分极易因磕碰而损坏;且未能很好的解决溶液接地的问题,影响测量的准确性。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种保护pH电极及很好地解决溶液接地问题的保护管装置。
为克服现有pH电极使用中因磕碰而易损坏和溶液接地不方便的问题,本实用新型提供一种带孔的金属保护管,套在电极玻璃管的外面,并可与电极的金属固定座连在一起,达到保护电极玻璃管部分;电极安装座及保护管,均为不锈钢制造,二者接触可靠,构成电的良导体,很好地解决了溶液接地问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型中的具体实施做进一步详细说明。
图1中:1.pH电极,2.电极电缆溶液接地导线,3.电极安装座,4.电极玻璃管部分,5.电极保护管,6.通水孔。
在电极安装座3的下端,延伸出电极保护管5,二者可为一个整体或可拆结构,可拆结构必须确保接触的可靠性,材料均为不锈钢。在保护管5的下端开四个长孔,确保溶液的正常流动和交换。安装座的上端设置电极电缆溶液接地导线2的接线座,便于用户的使用。

1.一种水质测量仪表用的pH电极保护管装置,其特征是带孔的金属保护管,套在电极玻璃管的外面,并可与电极的金属固定座连在一起,达到保护电极玻璃管部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的pH电极保护管,其特征是电极安装座及保护管,均为不锈钢制造,二者接触可靠,构成电的良导体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的pH电极保护管,其特征是保护管的下端开四个长孔,确保溶液的正常流动和交换。
