本实用新型涉及一种压力传感器的压力校验装置。而现有压力传感器由于传感器封装在仪器的安装座内，校验时必须将不断拆装仪器的内部结构，不仅浪费时间，常常影响仪器寿命和测量准确性。本实用新型提供的一种压力传感器的压力校验装置，包括耐压外管，耐压外管一端套设有下接头，下接头的外端部设置有一个校验堵头；下接头的外端部还外套有保护外壳，保护外壳上设置有与校验堵头相通的通孔。本实用新型在不用改变内部结构的情况下，使得在校验时，无须拆卸仪器的内部结构，只需将压力校验台接口接到校验堵头上面即可进行精密的压力校验，不仅节约时间和成本，还可有效保证仪器的精度。

本实用新型涉及一种压力校验装置，具体指一种用于校验压力传感器压力的装置。
背景技术
压力传感器压力校验在实验过程中是必不可少的环节，而现有压力传感器由于传感器封装在仪器的安装座内，校验时必须将传感器取出安装在另外一套装载机构上才可以连接到压力校验台上进行压力校验试验，使得在实验过程中要不断拆装仪器的内部结构，不仅浪费时间，常常影响仪器寿命和测量准确性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供压力传感器的压力校验装置，其在校验时，只需将压力校验台接口接到传感器上面进行校验，无需拆卸仪器取出传感器，不仅省时，而且避免了拆装带来的麻烦和影响仪器的精度。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的一种压力传感器的压力校验装置，包括耐压外管，耐压外管一端套设有下接头，其特征在于：所述下接头的外端部设置有一个校验堵头。
上述下接头的外端部还外套有保护外壳，保护外壳上设置有与校验堵头相通的通孔。
本实用新型相对于现有的校验装置，在不用改变内部结构的情况下，通过在下接头外部设置保护外壳，使得在校验时，无须拆卸仪器的内部结构，只需将压力校验台接口接到改进结构的校验堵头上面即可进行精密的压力校验，并且无须设计校验装载机构，不仅节约时间和成本，还可有效保证仪器的精度。

具体实施方式
参见图1，现有压力传感器压力校验装置包括耐压外管1、压环2、垫片3、传感器安装座4、压力传感器5和下接头6，耐压外管1的一端套设下接头6，下接头6内设置依次安装有压力传感器5和垫片3、压环2的传感器安装座4，在进行校验时必须将下接头6和耐压外管1拆开，并且将压环2和垫片3卸掉，将压力传感器5从传感器安装座4中取出并将其安装在另外一套校验装载机构上才可以接到压力校验台上进行压力校验试验，校验结束后按照反工作流程将其安装方可进行测井工作。
参见图2，本实用新型的压力传感器压力校验装置，在不改变内部结构的情况下，在下接头6的外端部上加工有开口，将校验堵头7安装在其上面，并且为了防止校验过程中不确定危险因素，在下接头6的外端部上还外套有保护外壳8，保护外壳8上开设有与校验堵头7相通的通孔9，保护外壳8可保证压力校验试验的精密度，校验时，只需通过通孔9将校验堵头7与压力校验台连接进行校验，校验结束后，将保护外壳8卸下来，将校验堵头7拆卸并换上另外一支螺纹通堵头就可以进行正常的测井工作了。

1.一种压力传感器的压力校验装置，包括耐压外管(1)，耐压外管(1)一端套设有下接头(6)，其特征在于：所述下接头(6)的外端部设置有一个校验堵头(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压力传感器的压力校验装置，其特征在于：所述下接头(6)的外端部还外套有保护外壳(8)，保护外壳(8)上设置有与校验堵头(7)相通的通孔(9)。
