本实用新型涉及一种保护帽，特别涉及了一种应用于渣浆泵凭借螺栓端部的螺纹保护帽。
背景技术
螺栓连接时一种普遍使用的连接紧固方式，但是有一部分紧固螺栓在使用过程中会与外界的具有腐蚀性和粘性的介质相接触，对裸露的螺纹和螺栓造成损害，例如在渣浆泵上用于连接紧固泵体与泵盖的螺栓，由于渣浆泵使用环境恶劣，而紧固螺栓两端没有任何保护，直接与使用中的腐蚀介质相接触，当渣浆泵使用一段时间以后，螺栓两端的螺纹以及螺母受到腐蚀，从而给后续的拆装检修带来极大不便。现有的螺纹保护帽是将帽体套装在裸露的螺栓端部，而保护不了螺母，虽然保护了螺纹，但是螺母依然会受到腐蚀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种螺纹保护帽，能够解决与腐蚀介质接触的裸露螺母及螺纹容易受到腐蚀而造成检修拆卸不方便的问题。
为实现上述目的采用的技术方案是：螺纹保护帽，应用在渣浆泵拼接螺栓端部，具有帽体，其关键改进在于：帽体内壁直径与螺母外接圆过盈配合。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果是：将螺纹保护帽套装在螺母上，将裸露的螺纹与腐蚀性介质隔离开，起到保护螺纹和螺母的作用，便于拆卸螺母进行维修。

螺纹保护帽，应用在渣浆泵拼接螺栓端部，具有帽体，其关键改进在于：帽体内壁直径与螺母外接圆过盈配合，帽体为弹性材料制成的，如图1、图2所示的帽体下部为一开有内孔的圆柱体，上部为与圆柱体连接为一体的半球形壳体。
在具体使用过程中，如图3所示，首先将泵体3和泵盖5进行拼装，用螺栓4、螺母2紧固，然后将螺纹保护帽1套装在螺母2上，螺纹保护帽1内壁和螺母2形成密封，避免螺栓4裸露的螺纹和螺母2与外界腐蚀性介质相接触，起到保护螺栓4和螺母2的作用，在拆卸维修过程中，拆下螺纹保护帽即可轻松拆卸螺母，同时可以提高螺栓、螺母的使用寿命。

1.螺纹保护帽，应用在渣浆泵拼接螺栓端部，具有帽体，其特征在于：帽体内壁直径与螺母外接圆过盈配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺纹保护帽，其特征在于：所述帽体为弹性材料制成。
