Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种厌氧发酵过程中的进料装置,包括进料斗、处理仓和出料装置;所述处理仓内安装有破碎刀。所述出料装置为无轴螺旋输送器。本实用新型的处理仓对进料通过前端破碎处理,使废弃物破碎到一定的尺寸,同时将物料混合均匀,不仅方便了厌氧发酵过程中进出料的输送,解决了沼渣输出由于块大难以输出问题,而且改善了厌氧发酵的工艺过程,提高了产气率。采用无轴螺旋输送器输送处理后的物料,实现了厌氧发酵过程中进料的连续性,有效提高了输送效率;同时对于输送菜叶、秸秆等易缠绕的物料有一定的优越性。

本实用新型属于生物发酵技术领域,涉及一种发酵过程中的进料装置。
背景技术
沼气是一种清洁型再生能源,他可以代替煤炭、秸秆电力等生物质能源和商品能源为广大用户喜爱,而它的生成原料用蔬菜、秸秆、禽畜粪便等农业废弃物以及农业废弃物混合物通过厌氧发酵就可以产生。传统中利用农业废弃物厌氧发酵过程比较简单,大都是采用人工或机械的方式将废弃物直接之置于厌氧发酵池或罐中。这种进料方式对原材料浪费大,产气率低,而且发酵完后的沼渣由于块大,给出料带来困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的为了克服现有技术中进料方式存在的缺陷,提供一种厌氧发酵过程中的进料装置。
本实用新型厌氧发酵过程中的进料装置,包括进料斗、处理仓和出料装置;所述处理仓内安装有破碎刀。
所述处理仓底部中心部位设置有旋转轴,所述破碎刀均匀安装于旋转轴上。
所述出料装置为无轴螺旋输送器。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、处理仓对进料通过前端破碎处理,使废弃物破碎到一定的尺寸,同时将物料混合均匀,不仅方便了厌氧发酵过程中进出料的输送,解决了沼渣输出由于块大难以输出问题,而且改善了厌氧发酵的工艺过程,提高了产气率。
2、采用无轴螺旋输送器输送处理后的物料,实现了厌氧发酵过程中进料的连续性,有效提高了输送效率;同时对于输送菜叶、秸秆等易缠绕的物料有一定的优越型。
3、由于采用全封闭输送和易清洗的螺旋表面,可保证环境卫生和所送的物料不受污染、不泄漏。
4、由于螺旋无轴,物料不易堵塞,因而可以较低速度运转,平稳传动,降低能耗。
5、输送量大:输送量是相同直径传统有轴螺旋输送机的1.5倍。
6、输送距离长:单机输送长度可达60米。如果需要,还可用多级串联式安装,超长距离输送物料。

具体实施方式
厌氧发酵过程中的进料装置,参照图1,包括进料斗1、处理仓2和出料装置3。处理仓2的底部中心部位设置有旋转轴5,并在旋转轴5上均匀设置有破碎刀4。出料装置3采用无轴螺旋输送器。旋转轴5和无轴螺旋输送器分别由电机带动。
农业废弃物、混合废弃物等从进料斗进入处理仓,经过破碎刀破碎,使原料达到破碎、混合、稳定,然后由无轴螺旋输送器输送到厌氧发酵罐中,进行发酵处理。
无轴螺旋输送器可以根据处理仓到厌氧发酵罐的距离设定长度。无轴螺旋输送器可以水平输送物料,也可以输送一定高度的物料,但输送角度尽量不要大于20度,如果高度太高,可以使两个无轴螺旋输送器垂直交叉输送。

1.一种厌氧发酵过程中的进料装置,其特征在于:包括进料斗(1)、处理仓(2)和出料装置(3);所述处理仓(2)内安装有破碎刀(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述厌氧发酵过程中的进料装置,其特征在于:所述处理仓(2)底部中心部位设置有旋转轴(5),所述破碎刀(4)均匀安装于旋转轴(5)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述厌氧发酵过程中的进料装置,其特征在于:所述出料装置(3)为无轴螺旋输送器。
