技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型亮面离型纸保护膜,其可用于玻璃、金属板材、塑料板材等材料的表面保护。
背景技术
玻璃、金属板材、塑料板材等材料在搬运和使用过程中,其表面容易受到接触性污染或磨痕划伤,通常采用保护膜覆盖在表面使之免受损伤和污染。现有的保护膜在制作完成后,其结构一般由薄膜层、胶粘剂层和离型材料层三层依次叠加形成。薄膜层的一侧涂敷胶粘剂层是通过胶粘剂层的粘结力使保护膜层在使用时附着在玻璃、金属板材、塑料板材等材料的表面。在胶粘剂层上附着离型材料层的目的是保护胶粘剂在使用之前被破坏。使用时,撕下并丢弃离型材料层,将保护膜层上的胶粘剂层对着玻璃、金属板材、塑料板材等材料的表面粘贴。现有保护膜的缺点是:因为离型纸表面平整度很差,当薄膜和离型纸通过胶粘剂贴合时,胶粘剂没有完全固化,贴合后离型纸的表面会印在胶粘剂层的胶面上,造成胶面凹凸不平,从而使得保护膜在使用时表面出现雾化,影响使用效果。

本实用新型提供一种亮面离型纸保护膜,解决现有的离型纸保护膜在使用时,保护膜的表面不平整,有雾化斑点的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种亮面离型纸保护膜,由薄膜层、第一胶粘剂层、离型膜层、第二胶粘剂层和纸材料层依次层叠构成。

实施例一:如附图1所示一种亮面离型纸保护膜,由薄膜层1、第一胶粘剂层2、离型膜层3、第二胶粘剂层4和纸材料层5依次层叠构成,离型膜层3和纸材料层5通过第二胶粘剂层4贴合后构成复合离型纸层。所述纸材料层为原纸层、淋膜纸层或者单面离型纸层。
