本实用新型涉及一种新型柔性连接棒,属于医疗器械领域,该连接棒和椎弓根钉联合使用,适用于治疗脊椎不稳、滑脱、椎管狭窄等疾病。柔性连接棒由长连接棒(1)、缆绳(2)和碟片弹簧(3)、短连接棒(4)组成。其特征在于:长连接棒(1)和短连接棒(4)光杆设计且一端为盲孔,碟片弹簧(3)中心通孔设计,一端为斜台形设计,碟片弹簧(3)置于两棒间且中心孔置入缆绳(2)。首先确定椎弓根钉植入的深度和方位,以及柔性连接棒的长度,在椎体上钻孔,持取螺钉,用同样的方法植入其他螺钉;植入并调整柔性连接棒至适当位置;拧入顶丝,压紧柔性连接棒到最终锁紧位置,实现系统的柔性动力固定。

本实用新型涉及一种新型柔性连接棒,属于医疗器械领域,该连接棒和椎弓根钉联合使用,适用于治疗脊椎不稳、滑脱、椎管狭窄等疾病。
背景技术
脊柱不稳定能产生轴面上的局部下腰痛和假性放射痛,以及放射痛和神经功能障碍。骨科治疗脊椎不稳、滑脱、椎管狭窄疾病,进行后路手术时,多采用钉棒系统实施内固定:AO SYTHNES的USS脊柱通用系统;MedtronicSofamor Danek的TENOR脊柱内固定系统、CD HORIZON系统、Moss-Miami脊柱内固定系统等。这些器械具有安全可靠、性能稳定、操作简单等特点,但也存在应力集中、椎间活动度严重受限、脊柱节段退变严重、相对较高的并发症等弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型正是在保留现有技术优点的前提下,克服其弊端,具有构造合理、安全可靠、操作简单、柔性动力固定、设计先进的优点。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
柔性连接棒由长连接棒(1)、缆绳(2)和碟片弹簧(3)、短连接棒(4)组成。其特征在于:长连接棒(1)和短连接棒(4)为光杆设计且一端为盲孔,碟片弹簧(3)中心为通孔设计,且端面一端为斜台形设计,碟片弹簧(3)置于长连接棒(1)和短连接棒(4)之间且中心孔置入缆绳(2),长连接棒(1)、缆绳(2)、碟片弹簧(3)和短连接棒(4)连接,提供一定的活动度和弹性,实现柔性动力固定。
长连接棒(1)、短连接棒(4):光杆设计且一端为盲孔,缆绳(2)置于其孔中,并穿过碟片弹簧(3)中心通孔,连接长连接棒(1)和短连接棒(4),使其形成柔性连接,减少应力过当,分散应力,保护植入物。长连接棒(1)、缆绳(2)、碟片弹簧(3)和短连接棒(4)连接提供一定的活动度及弹性,从而实现柔性动力固定的目的,柔性连接棒可根据其直径、长度设计出多种规格,供手术时选用。
缆绳(2):由弹性小直径钛丝挤压、捆绑而成,既有良好的柔韧性,又有坚强的力学性能。
碟片弹簧(3):采用叠合式组合弹簧,承载能力随片数的增加而增加,但变形量小,承载能力大,在最小的空间内以最大的载荷工作的特点。
通过术前CT或X光等诊断脊椎病症,实施脊椎后路手术:切除或清理损伤的椎间盘和椎体节段,根据患者主诉和诊断结果确定所固定节段、所用内植入物包括椎弓根钉和柔性连接棒的尺寸和数量。首先确定椎弓根钉植入的深度和方位,以及柔性连接棒的长度,在椎体上实施钻孔,持取螺钉,使其牢固的嵌入椎体中,用同样的方法植入其他螺钉;植入并调整柔性连接棒至适当位置;依次拧入顶丝,压紧柔性连接棒到最终锁紧位置,实现系统的柔性动力固定。
柔性连接棒可以提供一定的活动度并提供后路足够的支撑,组织相容性好,耐磨损。通过提供接近生理状态的活动度及后路的支撑,控制引起疼痛的异常活动,从而达到缓解临床症状和防止退变进行性加重,甚至促进椎间盘修复的目的。
柔性连接棒构造合理、安全可靠、操作简单、柔性动力固定、设计先进,适宜于骨科临床推广应用。动力内固定系统通过提供接近生理状态的载荷传导和控制异常的位移可消除引起椎间盘源性腰痛的异常应力,缓解疼痛,并能减轻甚至避免相邻节段的退变。
