本实用新型公开了一种新型陶瓷加热挤出机,包括螺杆,套筒,陶瓷加热器,测温热电偶,冷却风机所组成的结构,对应用于高质量的宽带数据电缆和铁路数字信号电缆绝缘单线生产制造尤为实用,与国内传统的挤出机的加热方式相比,新型陶瓷加热挤出机具有加热升温速度快,温度容易控制,冷却反应速度快,温度控制精度高达±1度,绝缘料塑化好,寿命长,能满足宽带数据电缆和铁路数字信号电缆及3G射频同轴电缆加工工艺,使电缆绝缘单线的绝缘外径,同心度,发泡及电容控制的水平接近国际水平。

陶瓷加热挤出机
一.技术领域:
本实用新型陶瓷加热挤出机,涉及的是电线电缆设备设计制造技术领域,应用于高质量的宽带数据电缆和铁路数字信号电缆绝缘单线生产制造。
二.背景技术:
绝缘单线的生产质量决定了宽带数据电缆和铁路数字信号电缆及3G射频同轴电缆的最终产品质量是否能达到国际/国家标准的要求。传统挤出机的加热方式采用铝块加热形式,该加热方式反应慢,温度控制精度低,满足工艺温度响应等待时间过长,工艺操作困难。由于挤出机在高速串列拉丝-绝缘挤出生产线上温度控制精度低,造成塑料的塑化性能差,直接影响绝缘单线的技术性能。
三.发明内容:
本实用新型陶瓷加热挤出机的目的是,采用一种新型的加热方式,来达到绝缘挤出生产所需的挤出机温度控制要求,温度控制要求在±1度公差范围内。
其技术是这样实现的:
陶瓷加热挤出机,包括螺杆,套筒,其特征在于,该陶瓷加热挤出机加热区分成多段,每个加热段由四个陶瓷加热器和一个测温热电偶所组成,陶瓷加热器由不锈钢紧固螺钉固定在套筒上,测温热电偶测量套筒的即时温度,冷却风机对套筒进行冷却。
其明显优点是:与国内传统的挤出机的加热方式相比,新型陶瓷加热挤出机具有加热升温速度快,温度容易控制,冷却反应速度快,温度控制精度高达±1度,绝缘料塑化好,寿命长,能满足宽带数据电缆和铁路数字信号电缆及3G射频同轴电缆加工工艺,使电缆绝缘单线的绝缘外径,同心度,发泡及电容控制的水平接近国际水平。

五.具体实施方式:
以下结合图1和图2对本实用新型陶瓷加热挤出机作进一步描述:
见图1,根据挤出机的大小,将挤出机加热区分成多段,每个加热段由四个陶瓷加热器3和一个测温热电偶4所组成,根据绝缘挤出生产所需的设定温度,陶瓷加热器3对套筒2进行加热,由测温热电偶4测量套筒2的即时温度,通过带PID功能的温控模块来实现对套筒2的温度控制,当套筒2温度低于设定温度时,陶瓷加热器3将对套筒2进行加热,到达设定温度后停止加热,当套筒2温度超过设定温度时,冷却风机5及时打开,对套筒2进行冷却,当套筒2温度到达设定温度时,冷却风机5自动关闭。
见图2,陶瓷加热器3由陶瓷片31,不锈钢紧固螺钉32和压紧弹簧33所组成,陶瓷加热器3通过不锈钢紧固螺钉32将陶瓷加热器3固定在套筒2上,通过压紧弹簧33保证陶瓷加热器3在套筒2上的位置,又防止由于不锈钢紧固螺钉拧的过紧造成陶瓷片的破碎。

1.陶瓷加热挤出机,包括螺杆(1),套筒(2),其特征在于,该陶瓷加热挤出机加热区分成多段,每个加热段由四个陶瓷加热器(3)和一个测温热电偶(4)所组成,陶瓷加热器(3)由不锈钢紧固螺钉(32)固定在套筒(2)上,测温热电偶(4)测量套筒(2)的即时温度,冷却风机(5)对套筒(2)进行冷却。
