一种玻璃压延机托板水箱,包括托板水箱箱体,托板水箱箱体上面设置有不锈钢条,所述不锈钢条为不锈钢圆钢。本实用新型将玻璃板与托板水箱的接触形式由面接触改为线接触,从而减少摩擦,经生产使用后再没有发现玻璃板下表面的划伤现象,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,并且该不锈钢圆钢可以重复使用,当上面经长期使用有磨损时,可将圆钢旋转一定的角度即可使用上新的表面,可大大降低设备的更换维修次数,提高设备的使用效率。

本实用新型属于玻璃生产设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种玻璃压延机。
背景技术
目前,玻璃压延机在生产普通压花玻璃领域内,技术已经比较成熟,但是在生产低铁超白压花玻璃的过程中,有一种缺陷很难避免,就是玻璃下表面细微的划伤,由于低铁超白玻璃的透明度非常高,在双绒面花型低铁超白玻璃的生产过程中划伤表现的特别突出,致使许多生产低铁超白玻璃的厂家不愿意生产这种玻璃,因为由于表面细微的划伤导致成品率很低,生产成本明显提高。现在各低铁超白玻璃生产线全部存在这种问题,都在集中物力、人力解决,甚至走了很多误区,最终达成的共识为压延机托板水箱上的不锈钢条对玻璃下表面造成的划伤。
我们公司采用的是获得国家四项专利的淄博矿山建材有限公司生产的压延机,专利授权号分别为:CN2484322、CN2484320、CN2484319、CN2484321。在使用过程中,还处于软态的玻璃沿着托板水箱前进,玻璃板下面与托板水箱上的不锈钢条为面接触,在不锈钢条的棱角处会产生划伤现象,当不锈钢条表面加工达不到粗糙度要求时,也会产生划伤现象,在生产低铁超白双绒面花型玻璃时,表现更为明显。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种解决低铁超白玻璃下表面划伤问题的玻璃压延机托板水箱。
为了解决以上技术问题采用以下方案:包括托板水箱箱体,托板水箱箱体上面设置有不锈钢条,所述不锈钢条为不锈钢圆钢。
托板水箱箱体上面设置有与不锈钢圆钢相配合的横截面为弧形的通槽,不锈钢圆钢卡装在通槽内。
不锈钢圆钢为Φ12的不锈钢圆钢,相邻两个圆钢中心距为26mm。
本实用新型将玻璃板与托板水箱的接触形式由面接触改为线接触,从而减少摩擦,经生产使用后再没有发现玻璃板下表面的划伤现象,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,并且该不锈钢圆钢可以重复使用,当上面经长期使用有磨损时,可将圆钢旋转一定的角度即可使用上新的表面,可大大降低设备的更换维修次数,提高设备的使用效率。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种玻璃压延机托板水箱,包括托板水箱箱体1,所述托板水箱为淄博矿山建材有限公司生产的压延机上的托板水箱,托板水箱箱体1上面设置有与不锈钢圆钢2相配合的横截面为弧形的通槽3,通槽的内径为12.5mm,不锈钢圆钢2的直径为12mm,弧形的周长大于同径的半圆形的周长,Φ12不锈钢圆钢2卡装在通槽3内,相邻两个圆钢中心距为26mm。将玻璃板与托板水箱的接触形式由面接触改为线接触,从而减少摩擦。

1.一种玻璃压延机托板水箱,包括托板水箱箱体,托板水箱箱体上面设置有不锈钢条,其特征是:所述不锈钢条为不锈钢圆钢。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃压延机托板水箱,其特征是:托板水箱箱体上面设置有与不锈钢圆钢相配合的横截面为弧形的通槽,不锈钢圆钢卡装在通槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的玻璃压延机托板水箱,其特征是:不锈钢圆钢为Φ12的不锈钢圆钢,相邻两个圆钢中心距为26mm。
