技术领域本实用新型涉及一种公共设施，具体的讲是一种公共垃圾桶。
背景技术目前安装在街道两旁或公共场所的公共垃圾桶一般是由两根支撑柱、垃圾桶和遮盖组合而成的，虽然这种公共垃圾桶能供人们丢放垃圾使用，但是它有这样的缺点，就是这种公共垃圾桶上没独立设计有烟灰缸，人们只能将烟头直接扔在垃圾桶内与其它垃圾混装，当没有熄灭的烟头遇到可燃垃圾时，可燃垃圾很容易燃烧起来，严重时可能引起火灾。
发明内容本实用新型的目的是要提供一种公共垃圾桶，它能有效的避免公共垃圾桶上没独立设计有烟灰缸，人们只能将烟头直接扔在垃圾桶内与其它垃圾混装的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：由两根支撑柱、垃圾桶和遮盖组合而成的公共垃圾桶，在遮盖上设置有一个圆形孔，在孔内镶嵌安装有一个圆形烟灰缸，烟灰缸为活动式，可以从孔内取出。
本实用新型只需要在公共垃圾桶的遮盖上设计一个烟灰缸，其整体设计合理、结构简单、成本低廉、易于制造；由于烟灰缸是安装在公共垃圾桶的遮盖上，烟灰缸与垃圾桶为独立的两部分，烟头不与垃圾混装，人们丢放烟头非常的方便、安全，而且烟灰缸为活动式，环卫工人清洗烟灰缸也非常的方便。
