一种复合型的装饰性消音板，该消音板由为复合阻燃型网孔板构成凹槽1，凹槽1内填充有丝状金属消音材料2，丝状金属消音材料2上垫有一层吸音材料4，凹槽1的缺口由复合阻燃型板3进行封闭。该消音板总厚度在50～200mm之间，其中复合阻燃型板材3的厚度控制在2～5mm之间。
