【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种新型乳液泵。
【背景技术】
乳液泵已广泛地应用于日化和医药等行业，且其设计精美，使用方便，泵出量稳定和能防泄漏，但是现有的乳液泵其零件多、结构复杂，制作难度大，和生产成本高；现有的乳液泵中一般是采用弹片来压住封闭插管件的圆珠，其在使用的过程中，弹片会变形，圆珠的封闭效果不好，从而影响了乳液泵的工作效率。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型目的是克服了现有技术中的不足，提供一种结构简单、能有效保证圆珠封闭插管件的密封效果的新型乳液泵。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种新型乳液泵，可安装在容器的瓶口上，其包括泵体，在所述的泵体内设有一带活塞的中空活塞杆，在所述活塞杆上端设有压头，在所述的压头设有与所述活塞杆连通的喷嘴，在泵体下端设有可关闭进液通道的圆珠，在所述的活塞杆下端上设有能轻压所述圆珠的弹性爪。
如上所述的一种新型乳液泵，其中在所述的弹性爪中间设有顶杆。
如上所述的一种新型乳液泵，其中所述的弹性爪包括四个爪片。
如上所述的一种新型乳液泵，其中所述的泵体上端通过一牙套件固定在所述的瓶口上。
如上所述的一种新型乳液泵，其中在所述的活塞杆与泵体之间设有复位弹簧。
如上所述的一种新型乳液泵，其中在泵体上端与牙套件之间设有密封圈。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型有如下优点：
本实用新型中在活塞杆底部设有多个能轻压所述圆珠的弹性爪，由于弹性爪设置在圆珠四周，在乳液泵工作的过程中，圆珠在弹性爪所围成的空间里上下运动，每个弹性爪张开和缩合都只要产生很小的形变，而且在弹性爪中间还设有限位杆，有效防止圆珠对弹性爪过度挤压，有效保证圆珠封闭插管件的密封效果。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明：
如图1至3所示的一种新型乳液泵，可安装在容器的瓶口11上，其包括泵体1，所述的泵体1上端通过一牙套件12固定在所述的瓶口11上，在泵体1上端与牙套件12之间设有密封圈15，在所述的泵体1内设有一带活塞6的中空活塞杆5，在所述活塞杆5上端设有压头2，在所述的压头2设有与所述活塞杆5连通的喷嘴3，在泵体1下端设有可关闭进液通道7的圆珠8，在所述的活塞杆5下端上设有能轻压所述圆珠8的弹性爪9。其中所述的弹性爪9包括四个爪片。在所述的活塞杆5与泵体1之间设有复位弹簧16。
本实用新型中在所述的四个弹性爪片中间设有限位杆10。可以防止在抽液的过程中圆珠8对弹性爪9产生过度的挤压，从而造成弹性爪9变形。

1.一种新型乳液泵，可安装在容器的瓶口(11)上，其特征在于：其包括泵体(1)，在所述的泵体(1)内设有一带活塞(6)的中空活塞杆(5)，在所述活塞杆(5)上端设有压头(2)，在所述的压头(2)设有与所述活塞杆(5)连通的喷嘴(3)，在泵体(1)下端设有可关闭进液通道(7)的圆珠(8)，在所述的活塞杆(5)下端上设有能轻压所述圆珠(8)的弹性爪(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型乳液泵，其特征在于在所述的弹性爪(9)中间设有顶杆(10)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型乳液泵，其特征在于所述的弹性爪(9)包括四个爪片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型乳液泵，其特征在于所述的泵体(1)上端通过一牙套件(12)固定在所述的瓶口(11)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型乳液泵，其特征在于在所述的活塞杆(5)与泵体(1)之间设有复位弹簧(16)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型乳液泵，其特征在于在泵体(1)上端与牙套件(12)之间设有密封圈(15)。
