背景技术
在现有技术中，对墙体和屋顶进行保温、隔热处理时，都是对墙面或屋顶表面清洁后，直接喷涂聚氨酯泡沫塑料层。聚氨酯泡沫塑料表面不平整，涂覆其他防水材料后，会在二者之间产生“空气泡”，影响防水效果和聚氨酯泡沫塑料层的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是如何克服现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种隔热、防水复合层。
为解决上述技术问题，本隔热、防水复合层，其特征在于：聚氨酯硬质喷涂泡沫保温层还设有聚脲喷涂层，聚脲喷涂层外表面进一步涂有保护保护涂料层。
施工时，将氨酯发泡层直接喷涂在清洁的屋顶或外墙上，然后喷涂聚脲喷涂层，最后再涂上保护涂料层。
聚脲喷涂层耐温性好，使用温度范围宽，可在严寒及酷热环境中长期使用，不怕风吹日晒，耐磨耐冲击，用在屋顶上，喷涂完成10分钟后，即可上人踩踏。
聚脲喷涂层可与聚氨酯表面实现无缝对接，而其表面更加平整。涂上保护涂料层后，既具有一流的保温效果，又具有一流的防水效果。
本实用新型隔热、防水复合层具有结构简单、施工方便，保温、防水效果明显的优点，广泛适用于屋顶、墙体等防水、保温工程。

实施方式一：如图1所示，本隔热、防水复合层包括聚氨酯硬质喷涂泡沫保温层1，聚氨酯硬质喷涂泡沫保温层1外还设有聚脲喷涂层2，聚脲喷涂层外表面进一步涂有保护涂料层3，其中聚氨酯硬质喷涂泡沫保温层1为经四次喷涂形成的多层聚氨酯硬质喷涂泡沫保温层。
