本实用新型涉及一种用于制作羽绒服、羽绒被等制品的羽绒纤维膨松胎。
背景技术
羽绒是一种优良的天然保暖材料，广泛用来制作羽绒服、羽绒被等。传统的羽绒是朵状的，一般先制成羽绒胎，然后再缝制到羽绒服、羽绒被中使用。羽绒胎是采用填充式的方法生产的，这种羽绒胎由于散状羽绒填充铺均匀比较困难，因此需要缝制许多小块分割固定，其费工费料，此外由于散状羽绒在胎中活动，容易出现从布面中穿出的现象，不易清理，还有可能造成皮肤过敏。如使用孔眼小的布面来制作，又会存在着透气性差的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种制作简单，可有效防止穿绒现象的羽绒纤维膨松胎。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：羽绒纤维膨松胎，包括基布层和设置在基布层两面的混合层，所述的混合层是由羽绒、纤维构成，羽绒和维交叉夹杂呈三维网状结构，羽绒、纤维之间的交叉接触位置通过胶粘剂粘接，所述的基布和混合层通过胶粘剂粘接。
由于采用了上述的结构，本实用新型的混合层呈三维空间网状结构，膨松度高，保暖性能好；羽绒、纤维、基布交叉点靠粘合剂粘固为一体，弹性好，可有效防止穿绒现象；羽绒纤维膨松胎成为一个整体，填充制作方便，省工省料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的羽绒纤维膨松胎，包括基布层1和设置在基布层1两面的混合层2。所述的混合层2是由羽绒21、纤维22构成。羽绒采用水洗脱脂羽绒或者羽片去梗羽丝，纤维采用开松的粘胶、锦纶、涤纶、腈纶化学纤维和丝、毛、棉、麻天然纤维。羽绒21和维22交叉夹杂呈三维网状结构，羽绒21、纤维22之间的交叉接触位置通过胶粘剂粘接，所述的基布1和混合层2通过胶粘剂粘接。胶粘剂采用环氧、酚醛、脲醛、聚氨酯热固性树脂。
总之，本实用新型虽然例举了上述优选实施方式，但是应该说明，虽然本领域的技术人员可以进行各种变化和改型，除非这样的变化和改型偏离了本实用新型的范围，否则都应该包括在本实用新型的保护范围内。
