Abstract

一种蓄电池板栅结构,用于解决蓄电池极板因变形弯曲引发短路的问题。其技术方案是,它由正板栅和负板栅构成,所述正板栅板角外角圆弧半径尺寸R1为4-8毫米,所述负板栅板角外角圆弧半径尺寸R2为15-20毫米。本实用新型负板栅板角圆弧半径明显大于正板栅板角圆弧半径,即使板角较小的正板板发生弯曲变形,由于负极板的板角较大,弯曲处的板角也不会和负板的板角搭接上,避免了因发生短路而造成的了电池失效。此外,内角和外角的半径统一,可增大板栅板角处筋条的厚度,有效避免板角毛刺和变形。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池器件,特别是可以防止因板角弯曲造成短路失效的蓄电池板栅结构,属蓄电池技术领域。
背景技术
板栅在蓄电池中用来支撑活性物质和使电流均匀分布于活性物质上,从而提高活性物质利用率。蓄电池板栅一般用铅锑合金铸造,免维护蓄电池板栅一般用低锑合金或铅钙合金铸造,而密封阀控铅酸蓄电池板栅一般用铅钙合金铸造。除板栅的材料外,板栅的几何尺寸设计也会对板栅的质量起到重要影响。传统板栅的正、负板栅板角处的圆角尺寸为R为2-3mm,且多为内角半径尺寸小于外角。这种传统结构经多年使用发现存有一些问题:1.板角处的圆角半径尺寸小。电池的极板在使用过程中极板弯曲是不可避免的,而极板弯曲时,常常会因为板角磕破隔板,使正负板搭接造成短路而使电池失效;2.板栅板角其内角和外角半径不一,易使板角处产生毛刺和变形,从而影响极板质量。
发明内容
本实用新型用于克服已有技术的缺陷而提供一种可以防止板栅板角弯曲造成短路失效的蓄电池板栅结构。
本实用新型所称问题是以下技术方案解决的:
一种蓄电池板栅结构,它由正板栅和负板栅构成,其特别之处是:所述正板栅板角外角圆弧半径尺寸R1为4-8毫米,所述负板栅板角外角圆弧半径尺寸R2为15-20毫米。
上述蓄电池板栅的工艺板耳结构,所述正板栅的板角内角与板角外角的圆弧半径尺寸相同;所述负板栅的板角内角与板角外角的圆弧半径尺寸相同。
本实用新型针对现有蓄电池正、负极板因发生变形弯曲引发短路失效问题进行了如下改进:增大板栅板角的圆弧半径尺寸;负板栅板角圆弧半径大于正板栅板角圆弧半径;正、负板角的内角外角采用一致的圆弧半径。经过上述改进,即使板角较小的正板板发生弯曲变形,由于负极板的板角圆弧半径较大,弯曲处的板角也不会和负板的板角搭接上,避免了因发生短路而造成的了电池失效。此外,内角和外角的半径统一,可增大板栅板角处筋条的厚度,有效避免板角毛刺和变形。

具体实施方式
参看图1、图2,本实用新型所述的蓄电池板栅结构由正板栅和负板栅构成。如图1所示,正板栅1的板角外角1-2圆弧半径尺寸R1为4-8毫米,且板角内角1-1与板角外角1-2的圆弧半径取相同的尺寸。如图2所示,负板栅2的板角外角2-2圆弧半径尺寸R2为15-20毫米,且板角内角1-1与板角外角1-2的圆弧半径取相同的尺寸。
本实用新型由于负板栅板角圆弧半径明显大于正板栅板角圆弧半径,在蓄电池使用过程中即使极板发生弯曲,板角小的正板也不会和负级板的板角搭接上,因此有效避免了电池的短路失效。

1.一种蓄电池板栅结构,它由正板栅和负板栅构成,其特征在于:所述正板栅(1)的板角外角(1-2)圆弧半径尺寸R1为4-8毫米,所述负板栅(2)的板角外角(2-2)圆弧半径尺寸R2为15-20毫米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池板栅结构,其特征在于:所述正板栅(1)的板角内角(1-1)与板角外角(1-2)的圆弧半径尺寸相同;所述负板栅(2)的板角内角(2-1)与板角外角(2-2)的圆弧半径尺寸相同。
