本发明公开了一种备用铅酸蓄电池板栅,包括板栅,设置于板栅上的横筋条、竖筋条。所述横筋条之间的中心距为8-9毫米,竖筋条之间的中心距为8-10毫米,板栅四角的圆弧半径为7-9毫米。本发明通过增多竖筋条、减少横筋条来提高电池的大电流放电性能,同时由于横筋条稀,在减轻板栅重量的同时增加了铅膏量,提高了极板放电容量。对板栅四个角采用大R设计,不仅进一步减轻了板栅重量,更为重要的是可防止极板在搬运过程中变形损坏,防止极板装配短路产生。

技术领域
本发明涉及备用铅酸蓄电池,具体涉及一种备用铅酸蓄电池的板栅。
背景技术
目前,备用铅酸蓄电池的板栅存在着以下两个缺陷:一是板栅上的横筋条密竖筋条疏(横筋条之间的中心距为4-5毫米,竖筋条之间的中心距为12-16毫米),而电流导出方向是顺着竖筋方向的,横筋条只是支撑活性物质,竖筋条主要起导电作用。横筋条密会降低电池的大电流放电性能,同时横筋条密则增加了板栅重量、减少了涂膏量,影响极板的放电容量。二是板栅的四个角圆弧半径较小(一般在1-2毫米),在搬运过程中板栅容易变形损坏,而导致极板装配短路的现象发生。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种备用蓄电池板栅,电池的大电流放电性能好,极板放电容量大,板栅不易变形损坏,克服因变形损坏导致极板装配短路的现象发生。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种备用蓄电池板栅,包括板栅,设置于板栅上的横筋条、竖筋条,特点是横筋条之间的中心距为8-9毫米,竖筋条之间的中心距为8-10毫米,板栅四角的圆弧半径为7-9毫米。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明通过增多竖筋条、减少横筋条来提高电池的大电流放电性能,同时由于横筋条稀,在减轻板栅重量的同时增加了铅膏量,提高了极板放电容量。
对板栅四个角采用大R设计,不仅进一步减轻了板栅重量,更为重要的是可防止极板在搬运过程中变形损坏,防止极板装配短路产生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种备用蓄电池板栅,包括板栅,设置于板栅上的横筋条1、竖筋条2。在本实施例中,横筋条1之间的中心距为9毫米,竖筋条2之间的中心距为9毫米。板栅四角的圆弧3半径为8毫米。
以蓄电池6-FM-100为例,板栅上设有17条横筋条、11条竖筋条。与现有技术的板栅相比,性能指标如下表。

1.一种备用铅酸蓄电池板栅,包括板栅,设置于板栅上的横筋条(1)、竖筋条(2),其特征在于:6-FM-100电池,板栅上设有17条横筋条、11条竖筋条,横筋条(1)之间的中心距为9毫米,竖筋条(2)之间的中心距为9毫米;
经10A电流放电测试为10H33min,55A电流放电测试为1H24min,500A电流放电为2min36s,其中500A电流放电终止电压1.6V/cell;
板栅四角的圆弧(3)半径为7-9毫米。
