背景技术
目前，公知的顶出式塑料酒瓶盖中，外盖一般为筒形，若制成造型各异的外形，不但用料较多，而且外形容易走样。
发明内容
为了克服以往技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种酒瓶盖，该瓶盖不仅具有顶出式酒瓶盖的各种功能，而且外盖外形可制成多种形状，且外形不容易走样。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：将顶出式酒瓶盖的外盖制成内、外两层，内层连接瓶盖顶出装置，外层为瓶盖造型，外盖内、外两层有顶盖连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：能将顶出式酒瓶盖的外盖制成多种形状，而且用料少，外形不易走样。

具体实施方式
在附图中，外盖(1)与内层(2)连体，内层(2)与外盖(1)顶部有顶盖(5)连接，瓶口塞帽(3)与瓶口塞(4)组成瓶盖顶出装置，瓶盖顶出装置安装在内层(2)内。将瓶口塞(4)固定在瓶口上，转动外盖(1)，内层(2)与瓶口塞帽(3)随之转动，瓶口塞帽(3)上升顶开内层顶盖(6)，酒通过瓶口塞帽(3)流出。
在附图所示的实施例中，外盖(1)与顶盖(5)可为分体，也可为一体。

1.一种酒瓶盖，外盖、内层、瓶口塞帽、瓶口塞及顶盖依次连接，其特征是：外盖与内层连体，内层与外盖顶部有顶盖连接，瓶口塞帽与瓶口塞组成顶出装置，瓶盖顶出装置安装在内层内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酒瓶盖，其特征是：外盖与顶盖可为分体，也可为一体。
