本实用新型涉及一种改进的混胶机加热保温装置。
背景技术
现有的混胶机加热保温装置，是将A、B两胶桶设计成夹层，在夹层内设有电热丝和水，靠夹层里的热水使桶内的胶达到工艺所需的温度，一般在50℃左右。它的缺点是造价高，一旦电热丝坏了，维修不方便，只得换胶桶。另外，当胶流经胶桶底部引出的胶管时，由于温度会渐渐降低，胶的流动差，无法达到工艺要求，A、B胶混合的质量受到影响，也使下一道工序的产品质量受到影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，是要提供一种改进的混胶机加热保温装置，它将A、B两可传热的胶桶及其泵体和胶管设于密闭的带有恒温空气的箱体内，使A、B胶混合时达到工艺所需的温度，保证A、B胶混合达到质量要求。

本实用新型的有益效果是，将A、B两胶桶及其泵体和胶管设于密闭的带有恒温空气的箱体内，使A、B胶在混胶前处于工艺要求的恒温环境，保证A、B胶的混合质量。

具体实施方式
本实用新型所述一种改进的混胶机加热保温装置，如图1所示，将A胶桶1、B胶桶2及其泵体3和胶管4设于密闭的箱体5内，箱体5与热风机6相连接，箱体5设有与热风机6相连接的温度探测仪7，箱体设有出气孔8。为了节约能源，在出气孔8设一管道9与热风机6的进气口相连接，使热空气循环使用。图中设有桶盖10。通过温度探测仪来控制热风机的开机或关机，使箱体达到所需的恒定温度。本实用新型将A、B两可传热的胶桶及其泵体和胶管设于密闭的带有恒温空气的箱体内，使A、B胶在混胶前处于工艺要求的恒温环境，保证A、B胶的混合达到质量要求。
