[0001] 本实用新型一种用于蚕种催青的设施,尤其涉及应用智能化控制温湿度等催青条
件参数的蚕种催青房室。 背景技术
[0002] 蚕种催青是养蚕过程的起点,是确保蚕业丰产丰收的重要基础,如果蚕种催青做 得不好,将会导致幼蚕孵化不齐、降低孵化率或导致幼蚕体弱、多病,影响产茧量。而催青过 程中影响蚕卵胚胎发育的环境条件主要是温度、湿度、空气中二氧化碳含量以及光照时间 等,其中起主导作用的是温、湿度;蚕种在催青过程中应当严格按照催青标准要求进行,以 提供最佳的人工气候条件。
[0003] 传统的蚕种催青是在催青室中进行的,室内补温加湿设施非常简陋,以电加热器 或木炭加温,以水盒或挂湿布补湿,利用门窗或气流孔等自然方式进行换气,应用普通的温 湿度计进行人工读数调控。这样的催青室室内温、湿度梯度大,空气交换不畅而不新鲜,故 而必须频繁地通过人工的方法进行调种、调温、补湿及换气工作,不仅劳动强度大,生产率 低,而且难以适时地达到蚕种催青的温湿度技术要求,直接影响着蚕种催青质量。尤其是这 种人工调控方法温湿度参数测量精度差,调控滞后十分明显,不能进行整个催青过程的动 态监测及全过程控制,极易导致蚕卵胚胎发育不齐,甚至出现催青死卵现象,影响孵化整齐 度和孵化率,严重制约着蚕种催青质量的提高,难以适应我国蚕业生产快速发展的需要。
实用新型内容
[0004] 针对现有技术所存在的上述不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种智 能控制蚕种催青室,它不仅能提高蚕种孵化率和孵化度整齐度,而且能实现蚕种催青全过 程的温度、湿度、光照和气流的自动化控制。
[0005] 为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的智能控制蚕种催青室,包括催青室主体,该 催青室主体的墙壁上设有通气扇和蚕室门,在催青室主体两相对的墙壁内侧均固定地安装 有室内侧板,在该两片室内侧板的上、下两端分别固定连接有室内顶板和室内底板,室内顶 板和室内底板与催青室主体的墙壁内侧间留有空间间隔;在室内顶板上固定安装有冷风 管,该冷风管的下侧面开有冷风管出风口 ;催青室主体的墙壁上安装有制冷机,制冷机的出 风口与冷风管相连通;在室内顶板下方吊装有顶部吹风扇、温度传感器和湿度传感器,室内 底板上装有底部排风扇,在室内侧板上装有电加热器,该室内侧板上还均布有侧板通风孔; 在室内顶板、室内侧板和室内底板所围成的腔室内还设有加湿器、照明灯和二氧化碳传感 器;所述温度传感器、湿度传感器和二氧化碳传感器以及电加热器、加湿器和制冷机均与自 动控制器相互电连接。
[0006] 采用上述结构后,首先由于在室内顶板、室内侧板和室内底板所围成的催青腔室 内设有与自动控制器相互电连接的温度传感器、湿度传感器和二氧化碳传感器,从而通过 温度、湿度和二氧化碳传感器实现对催青腔室温度、湿度和空气质量等信息的采集,并将其
3采集数据适时传送给自动控制器,信息采集及时、数据传递准确。又由于电加热器、加湿器 和制冷机与自动控制器相电连接,在传感器采集的数据信号送至自动控制器后,自动控制 器将采集得到的被控变量的实测值和预设值比较,借助常规的计数机程序计算处理后发出 指令,该指令通过驱动电路、功率开关或继电器来控制电加热器、加湿器和制冷机的接通和 断开,实现了催青室内温湿度等参数的自动调节和控制。还由于在室内顶板吊有顶部吹风 扇、室内底板上装有底部排风扇,且室内顶板、室内侧板和底内底板均与催青室主体间留有 间隙,这样催青室的温度和湿度等参量就可以在吹、排风扇的作用下实现有序的循环流动, 确保催青室内各种催青参量的一致性,彻底避免参量梯度的出现,从而保证了孵化率和孵 化程度的均匀一致,有效地提高了蚕种的催青质量。再由于在室内顶板固定安装有冷风管, 且该冷风管的出风口与冷风管相连通,该结构能将冷源均匀地送到催青室的各个部分,有 利于增强催青室内温度的一致性,使室内温度保持恒定。

具体实施方式
[0011] 如图1、图2所示的智能控制蚕种催青室,该催青室的催青主体1由围于四周的墙 面以及位于四周墙面顶部的顶面组成,该四周的墙面立于地面上,从而构成立方体的空间。 在催青室主体1的一墙壁上开有蚕室门18,在两相对的催青室主体1的两墙壁上部各设置 有两只通气扇3,该两通气扇3位置相对,且均为常用的带有的百叶窗片的换气扇,以便适 时地排出浊气,补入新鲜空气。在催青室主体1的室内空间通过若干侧板撑杆2将两片室 内侧板11支承于催青室主体1的两相对墙壁内侧,在两室内侧板11的上、下两端分别固定 连接有室内顶板8和室内底板16,室内侧板11、室内顶板8和室内底板16与催青室主体1 的墙壁内侧间保持一定的空间距离,该空间距离用于循环气流的流动。室内侧板11、室内顶 板8和室内底板16的两端直接与催青室主体1的另两墙壁内侧密闭连接。在室内顶板8 上固定地装有冷风管5,在催青室主体1的一墙壁上安装有制冷机19,该制冷机19的出风 口与冷风管5相连通,冷风管5下侧的冷风出口 20从近制冷机的一端至远离制冷机的另一 端依次由稀变密,以平衡各冷风出口 20出口的风速和风压。在室内顶板8下方设有两个顶 部吹风扇6,该顶部吹风扇6沿冷风管5的长度方向布置,在室内顶板8的下方吊装有温度 传感器4和湿度传感器7。
[0012] 在室内侧板11上均设有均匀布置的侧板通风孔21,以便循环气流通过。在室内侧 板ll上通过支架装有数只电加热器9,该电加热器9为常见的加温电热线,当然也可以是其它通用的电加热设备;在每一侧的室内侧板11上均装有3只照明灯IO,该照明灯10采 用日光灯,以便于感光和紫外线消毒。在室内底板16上且沿冷风管5的长度方向,均布有 6只底部排风扇14,该底部排风扇14也可以是4只或8只等,其数量应根据催青室大小而 定。在室内底板16上还放置有两台加湿器13,该加湿器13采用电热加湿器或超声波加湿 器;室内底板16上还装有二氧化碳传感器15。在室内底板16上放置有两排蚕种架17,该 两排蚕种架17分别位于冷风管5下方两侧。温度传感器4、湿度传感器7和二氧化碳传感 器15以及电加热器9、加湿器13、照明灯10和制冷机19均与自动控制器12相互电连接, 当然通气扇3、顶部吹风扇6、底部排风扇19也与自动控制器12相互电连接。自动控制器 12通过相应的驱动电路和继电器控制电加热器9,加湿器13、照明灯10、制冷机19、通气扇 3、顶部吹风扇6和底部排风扇14,以控制这些电器的接通断开。自动控制器12采用计算机 装置或可编程控制器(PLC)等常用的控制装置。
[0013] 工作时,各传感器将自动采集催青室内的环境条件参数,并将其转化为电信号以 传送至自动控制器12中,自动控制器12把采集到的环境参数(湿度、温度及空气质量等) 进行处理,并与根据催青技术要求所预设的数据进行比较和分析,计算出偏差及其变化率, 然后输出控制量,分别控制对应的电加热器9、照明灯10、制冷机19、加湿器13以及各个风 扇,使催青室中的温、湿度等严格按照催青工艺要求进行调节。当催青室内温度较低时,则 关闭制冷机19而接通电加热器9,反之则接通制冷机19关闭电加热器9。当催青室内湿度 低于设定值时,则接通加湿器13进行加湿反之也然。对于光照、通风量的控制,则是根据催 青现场蚕种的发育情况,设定好光照、通风、换气时间以及室内的二氧化碳浓度,自动控制 器12则根据设定对相关设备进行开启和关闭控制,以保持室内合适的光照、清新的空气, 避免室内温、湿度产生过大梯度,实现对室内环境参数的精确调控。

- 一种智能控制蚕种催青室,包括催青室主体(1),该催青室主体(1)的墙壁上设有通气扇(3)和蚕室门(18),其特征在于:在催青室主体(1)两相对的墙壁内侧均固定地安装有室内侧板(11),在该两片室内侧板(11)的上、下两端分别固定连接有室内顶板(8)和室内底板(16),室内顶板(8)和室内底板(16)与催青室主体(1)的墙壁内侧间留有空间间隔;在室内顶板(8)上固定安装有冷风管(5),该冷风管(5)的下侧面开有冷风管出风口(20);催青室主体(1)的墙壁上安装有制冷机(19),制冷机(19)的出风口与冷风管(5)相连通;在室内顶板(8)下方吊装有顶部吹风扇(6)、温度传感器(4)和湿度传感器(7),室内底板(16)上装有底部排风扇(14),在室内侧板(11)上装有电加热器(10),该室内侧板(11)上还均布有侧板通风孔(21);在室内顶板(8)、室内侧板(11)和室内底板(16)所围成的腔室内还设有加湿器(13)、照明灯(10)和二氧化碳传感器(15);所述温度传感器(4)、湿度传感器(7)和二氧化碳传感器(15)以及电加热器(9)、加湿器(13)和制冷机(19)均与自动控制器(12)相互电连接。
