本实用新型涉及一种电热水器，具体地说是涉及一种含有内胆的电热水器外壳的改进。
背景技术
现有电热水器外壳包括主体、端盖和背板，由于主体体积较大，不管是金属材料还是非金属材料的外壳都易变形，端盖安装在主体端口上，由于端盖较重，特别是安装有电路板的端盖更加重，因此导致主体变形严重，不美观，防水防尘效果差。
发明内容
因此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使壳体零件之间连接牢固、壳体不变形和防水防尘效果显著的电热水器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种电热水器，包括壳体，壳体又包括主体、端盖和背板，所述主体与端盖之间设有定形环，定形环与主体端部连接，端盖与定形环连接。
上述技术方案还可作下述进一步具体改进：
所述定形环周边套在主体端口上，两者之间通过螺丝连接，端盖内表面设有螺丝柱，对应螺丝柱位置的定形环端面上设有螺丝孔，有螺丝对应穿过螺丝孔再穿进螺丝柱内，把端盖拉紧在定形环上，同时端盖的周边覆盖定形环周边，背板安装在主体和端盖的背面。
本实用新型通过在主体与端盖之间增设一定形环大大提高主体的强度，壳体零件之间连接牢固、壳体不变形和防水防尘效果显著，也大大提高了电热水器的美观。

具说实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述。
实施例，结合图1和图2，一种电热水器，包括壳体，壳体又包括主体1、端盖2、3和背板4，所述主体1两端与端盖2、3之间分别设有定形环5、6，定形环5、6周边分别套在主体1两端口上，两者之间分别通过螺丝连接，端盖2、3内表面分别设有螺丝柱7、8，对应螺丝柱7、8位置的定形环5、6端面上设有螺丝孔9、10，有螺丝对应穿过螺丝孔再穿进螺丝柱内，把端盖2、3分别拉紧在定形环5、6上，同时端盖2、3的周边分别覆盖定形环5、6周边，背板4安装在主体1和端盖2、3的背面。
定形环与主体之间一般用螺丝连接，端盖与定形环之间除了上述实施例用螺丝连接之外，还可以把端盖卡扣在定形环上，因此，本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于实施例所述。

1.一种电热水器，包括壳体，壳体又包括主体、端盖和背板，其特征在于：所述主体与端盖之间设有定形环，定形环与主体端部连接，端盖与定形环连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述电热水器，其特征在于：所述定形环周边套在主体端口上，两者之间通过螺丝连接，端盖内表面设有螺丝柱，对应螺丝柱位置的定形环端面上设有螺丝孔，有螺丝对应穿过螺丝孔后再穿进螺丝柱内，把端盖拉紧在定形环上，同时端盖的周边覆盖定形环周边，背板安装在主体和端盖的背面。
