本实用新型涉及一种熔断式电阻器。
背景技术
现有的一种抗雷击浪涌线绕电阻器的结构为:芯棒上缠绕有电阻丝,且电阻丝在芯棒上的缠绕密度均匀,电阻丝的两端分别与一段导线相接,在内芯及电阻丝的外部涂覆有阻燃漆。这种结构的电阻器存在的主要不足是:当通过电阻器的电流大于其额定电流的倍数较小时,例如,通过电阻器的电流为其额定电流的2.5~3倍时,电阻器无法及时熔断,电阻器会出现持续发热现象,其表面温度会超过600℃,由此带来安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种速熔型抗雷击浪涌线绕电阻器,它可在工作电流大于自身额定电流的倍数较小时及时熔断。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:速熔型抗雷击浪涌线绕电阻器,芯棒上缠绕有电阻丝,电阻丝的两端分别与一段导线相接,电阻丝在芯棒中部缠绕的密度高于靠近两端处的缠绕密度。
由上述方案可见,由于电阻丝在芯棒中部缠绕的密度高,当通过电阻的电流为其额定电流的2.5~3倍时,处在芯棒中部的电阻丝发热较集中,由此可达到加快其熔断速度的效果,从而避免安全隐患。
本实用新型结构合理、使用安全,它即有抗雷击浪涌性能,又可在工作电流达到其额定电流的2.5~3倍时,短时间熔断,起到保护电路的作用。

本实用新型提供的速熔型抗雷击浪涌线绕电阻器的芯棒3上缠绕有电阻丝4,电阻丝4的两端分别与一段导线1相接,电阻丝4在芯棒3中部缠绕的密度高于靠近两端处的缠绕密度。电阻丝4在芯棒3中部的缠绕间距为自身直径的0.5~1倍,电阻丝4在芯棒3靠近两端处的缠绕间距为自身直径的2~3倍、或以上。另外,电阻丝4在芯棒3中部密集缠绕的区域占芯棒3长度的50~60%。
电阻丝4的两端与导线1相接的方式为:在芯棒3的两端套有帽盖2,电阻丝4的两端分别与一帽盖2连接,导线1的一端与帽盖2连接。在帽盖2、芯棒3及其上电阻丝4的外部包覆有阻燃层5。阻燃层5由现有的绝缘漆涂覆在帽盖2、芯棒3及其上电阻丝4的外部形成。
对本实用新型提供的速熔型抗雷击浪涌线绕电阻器进行试验表明,当通过该电阻器的电流为其额定电流的2.5~3倍时,在60秒内,电阻丝就会熔断。

1.速熔型抗雷击浪涌线绕电阻器,芯棒上缠绕有电阻丝,电阻丝的两端分别与一段导线相接,其特征在于:电阻丝在芯棒中部缠绕的密度高于靠近两端处的缠绕密度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的速熔型抗雷击浪涌线绕电阻器,其特征在于:在芯棒的两端套有帽盖,电阻丝的两端分别与一帽盖连接,导线的一端与帽盖连接,在帽盖、芯棒及其上电阻丝的外部包覆有阻燃层。
