背景技术
通常所使用的架空绝缘电缆没有纵向阻水功能,即在导体外包覆导体屏蔽和绝缘层,而没有纵向阻水的结构及功能。这样,雨水易从电缆端头进入,使铝导体过快氧化,影响电缆的使用性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的技术效果能够克服上述缺陷,提供一种阻水型架空绝缘电缆,其防水、绝缘效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:其包括导电芯,导电芯外包裹绝缘层,导电芯与绝缘层之间包裹半导电阻水带。
导体外绕包的半导电阻水带,加强纵向阻水功能和半导电性能。本实用新型加入的半导电阻水带电缆,该电缆能够有效地阻止雨水浸入,以免造成铝导体过快氧化,降低其导电性能。
半导电阻水带与绝缘层之间包裹导体屏蔽层。导电芯内添加阻水材料。阻水材料采用阻水纱或阻水粉,也可以采用阻水带。
导体采用多根铝单线绞合而成,在导体内添加膨胀阻水材料,实现纵向阻水功能。
导体屏蔽层外挤包绝缘层,绝缘一般由耐侯型交联聚乙烯绝缘料或耐侯型聚乙烯绝缘料构成。
本实用新型在电缆导电线芯中增加阻水材料,当电缆遇水时会迅速膨胀,阻止水份浸入电缆内部,具有很好的防水效果。

具体实施方式
电缆的导电芯1的结构为多根铝单线紧压绞合而成,导电芯1内添加阻水材料,实现纵向阻水功能。导电芯1外绕包厚度为0.3mm的半导电阻水带2,半导电阻水带2是聚酯纤维材料,在其中加入导电炭黑和膨胀粉粘结而成。半导电阻水带2外挤包厚度为0.6mm的半导电屏蔽层,即导体屏蔽层3,该层采用一种以聚烯烃为基料的半导电屏蔽料。导体屏蔽层3外挤包厚度为3.4mm耐侯型交联聚乙烯绝缘料,即绝缘层4,该料是一种以低密度聚乙烯为基料,加炭黑并以过氧化物为交联剂的耐侯型交联聚乙烯绝缘料。

1.一种阻水型架空绝缘电缆,包括导电芯,导电芯外包裹绝缘层,其特征在于导电芯与绝缘层之间包裹半导电阻水带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻水型架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于半导电阻水带与绝缘层之间包裹导体屏蔽层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻水型架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于导电芯内添加阻水材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻水型架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于阻水材料采用阻水纱或阻水粉。
