Abstract
一种能够提高水压式沼气池调压性能的双级调压水压式沼气池。它是在水压间内设置挡板,把水压间底部分为两箱,并由挡板和溢流口分别控制最低和最高沼气额定使用气压。产气量较小时,沼气压力能迅速达到最低额定使用压力,产气量较大时,沼气压力在额定使用压力范围内缓慢升降,从而,达到稳定沼气灶前使用压力、提高沼气燃烧效果和效率的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种双级调压水压式沼气池,尤其是该沼气池在产气量较小时,能快速达到额定使用压力;在产气量较大时,沼气压力在额定使用压力范围内缓慢升降。
背景技术
目前,全国推广应用的国标水压式沼气池(GB/T 4750-2002),其结构合理,受力均匀,坚固耐用,使用方便,造价较低,但是,其沼气压力波动较大,影响了沼气的稳定使用;浮罩式沼气池气压平稳,但是浮罩式沼气池成本较高,比同容积的水压式沼气池增加30%以上,且占地面积大。
发明内容
为了克服国标水压式沼气池气压波动较大的不足,本实用新型提供了一种双级调压水压式沼气池,该沼气池能在产气量较小时,快速达到额定使用压力;在产气量较大时,沼气压力在额定使用压力范围内缓慢升降,从而,达到稳定沼气灶前使用压力、提高沼气燃烧效果和效率的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在水压间内设置挡板,把水压间下部分为两箱,第一箱横截面积小,第二箱横截面积大,在挡板上设置单向阀,水压间的上部设置溢流口,通过对挡板高度和水压间第一箱横截面的设定可使沼气气压迅速达到额定使用压力。沼气池开始产气,贮气间压力变大,使料液向水压间第一箱流动,并迅速达到挡板设定高度,之后,料液向第二箱溢流,在此过程中,贮气量不断增大,气压却基本保持不变,在第二箱溢流满后,料液向水压间上部流动,沼气压力在额定使用压力范围内缓慢升降,沼气达到设定最高额定使用压力,料液从溢流口溢出,从而控制沼气的最大使用气压,贮气量下降时,贮气间气压下降,单向阀导通,部分料液回流,从而保证池内料液量。
本实用新型的有益效果是,在保留国标水压式沼气池优点的同时,很好的控制了沼气压力。

具体实施方式
在图1中,以贮气间7气压与大气压相等时为零压面,水压间第二箱3底面与零压面在同一水平面上。发酵间11开始产气,贮气间7气压增大,推动料液向水压间第一箱6流动。由于水压间第一箱6体积较小,可使其液面迅速升高,达到挡板4的设定高度,控制发酵间11液面与水压间5液面的高度差,从而确定贮气间7内的最低额定使用压力。料液高度上升到挡板4高度后,料液向水压间第二箱3溢流,此时,贮气间7内气压基本保持不变,而贮气量不断增加;水压间第二箱3溢流满后,贮气量继续增加,料液向水压间5上部流动,贮气间7内气压缓慢上升;液面到达溢流口2后,沼气气压达到最大额定使用压力,料液向外溢流,贮气间7气压基本不变。导气管8与输气管道连接,打开导气管8,将贮气间7的沼气送至用气燃具使用,贮气间7气压下降,料液由水压间5向发酵间11回流,料液回流到与挡板4高度平齐后,继续下降,水压间第二箱3中的料液通过单向阀1回流到发酵间。

1.一种双级调压水压式沼气池,沼气池由进料间、发酵间、贮气间、水压间、人孔法兰、导气管构成,其特征是:在水压间中设置挡板,把水压间下部分为两箱,设置单向阀和溢流口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双级调压水压式沼气池,其特征是:挡板把水压间为两箱,水压间上部为一体,水压间第二箱底面与零压面在同一水平高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双级调压水压式沼气池,其特征是:单向阀设置在挡板的最底部,溢流口设置在水压间的上部,溢流口最低点高度高于挡板最高点垂直高度。
