背景技术
目前，非晶合金干式变压器的变压器线圈直接裸露在外面，在现场施工时容易受到破坏，影响产品质量；变压器连接杆、分接板和变压器高压线圈部分均裸露在外面，在变压器投运时会对现场监护带来危险；在变压器运行过程中会产生噪声，噪声直接从变压器往外四周传播。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种对变压器起到安全保障作用；对声音传播起到阻碍作用，对变压器线圈起到保护作用的带有挡板的非晶合金干式变压器。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的，带有挡板的非晶合金干式变压器是由变压器本体，侧夹件和挡板组成，侧夹件固定安装在变压器本体上，在变压器本体上固定安装挡板。
本实用新型的挡板固定安装在侧夹件上，在挡板上开有安装孔，挡板通过螺栓固定在侧夹件上。
本实用新型的挡板内侧设置隔音板，隔音板要求不开孔。
本实用新型的挡板固定安装在变压器本体上的高压侧。
本实用新型的挡板固定安装在变压器本体上的低压侧。
本实用新型结构简单，可以对变压器线圈起到保护作用，起到阻碍声音传播从而降低噪音的效果作用。

如附图1所示，本实用新型带有挡板的非晶合金干式变压器是由变压器本体3，侧夹件2和挡板1组成，侧夹件2固定安装在变压器本体3上，挡板固定安装在侧夹件上，在挡板上开有安装孔，挡板通过螺栓固定在侧夹件上。在挡板内侧增加隔音板，隔音板要求不开孔。在变压器本体上的高压侧固定安装挡板1。在变压器本体上的低压侧固定安装挡板4。两块挡板在高低压侧各一块，对变压器线圈起到保护作用。

1.一种带有挡板的非晶合金干式变压器，由变压器本体，侧夹件组成，侧夹件固定安装在变压器本体上，其特征是在变压器本体上固定安装挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有挡板的非晶合金干式变压器，其特征是挡板固定安装在侧夹件上，在挡板上开有安装孔，挡板通过螺栓固定在侧夹件上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有挡板的非晶合金干式变压器，其特征是挡板内侧设置隔音板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有挡板的非晶合金干式变压器，其特征是挡板固定安装在变压器本体上的高压侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有挡板的非晶合金干式变压器，其特征是挡板固定安装在变压器本体上的低压侧。
