技术领域
本实用新型涉及二恶英处理技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种二恶英检测仪。
背景技术
二恶英dioxin,俗又称二恶因。属于氯代三环芳烃类化合物,是由200多种异构体、同系物等组成的混合体。其毒性以半致死量(LD50)表示。比氰化钾要毒约100倍,比砒霜要毒约900倍。为毒性最强,非常稳定又难以分解的一级致癌物质。它还具有生殖毒性、免疫毒性及内分泌毒性。
二恶英的发生源主要有两个,一是在制造包括农药在内的化学物质,尤其是氯系化学物质,象杀虫剂、除草剂、木材防腐剂、落叶剂(美军用于越战)、多氯联苯等产品的过程中派生;二是来自对垃圾的焚烧。焚烧温度低于800℃,塑料之类的含氯垃圾不完全燃烧,极易生成二恶英。二恶英随烟雾扩散到大气中,通过呼吸进入人体的是极小部分,更多的则是通过食品被人体吸收。以鱼类为例,二恶英粒子随雨落到江湖河海。被水中的浮游生物吞食,浮游生物被小鱼吃掉,小鱼又被大鱼吃掉,二恶英在食物链全程中慢慢积淀浓缩,等聚在大鱼体内的浓度已是水中的3000多倍了,而处于食物链顶峰上的人类体内将会聚集更多的二恶英。可怕的是一旦摄入二恶英就很难排出体外,积累到一定程度,它就引起一系列严重疾病。
二恶英异构体繁多,难以利用常规分析手段进行有效的分离定性定量,因此二恶英被视为现代分析的难点。现有的分析手段分析过程冗长费时,需要复杂的实验步骤和精良的生化实验条件,不能用于野外快速、连续、在线二恶英监测。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便、快速灵敏的二恶英检测仪。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种二恶英检测仪,包括数据显示器与探测器,探测器由电极和固定在其表面的二恶英抗体组成,探测器一端与数据显示器电连接。
在上述二恶英检测仪中,数据显示器上设有数据显示屏。
在上述二恶英检测仪中,数据显示器上设有控制旋钮。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型通过在电极上固定二恶英抗体,电极与数据显示器电连接。当固定有二恶英抗体的电极伸入待测溶液中时,待测溶液中的二恶英与二恶英抗体发生特征免疫反应,产生微弱的电讯号,电讯号传送至数据显示器,数据显示器把电讯号放大,并进行模-数转换,将最终结果输出至数据显示屏上。本实用新型的检测仪结构简单,灵敏度高,应用前景广阔。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1和2所示,一种二恶英检测仪,包括数据显示器3与探测器1,探测器1由电极5和固定在其表面的二恶英抗体6组成,探测器1一端与数据显示器3电连接。数据显示器3上设有数据显示屏2和控制旋钮4。
工作时,通过控制旋钮4将检测仪调整至最佳工作状态。将探测器1插入待测溶液中,待测溶液中二恶英与二恶英抗体6发生特征免疫反应,产生微弱的电讯号,电讯号传送至数据显示器3,数据显示器3把电讯号放大,并进行模-数转换,将最终结果输出至数据显示屏2上。

1.一种二恶英检测仪,其特征在于包括数据显示器(3)与探测器(1),探测器(1)由电极(5)和固定在其表面的二恶英抗体(6)组成,探测器(1)一端与数据显示器(3)电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的二恶英检测仪,其特征在于,数据显示器(3)上设有数据显示屏(2)。
3.如权利要求1所述的二恶英检测仪,其特征在于,数据显示器(3)上设有控制旋钮(4)。
