Abstract

本实用新型提供一种可防飓风的风能路灯装置,它由风轮组,小功率直流发电机,控制器,蓄电池组,LED灯具,灯杆等组成,风轮组的叶片呈半凹形,它与叶轮盘外端位置的连接轴点是固定的,另一端与叶轮轴的连接是通过弹簧装置拉力实现,能将2级以上的风能转变成电能供路灯照明,在6级以上的大风和飓风恶劣的气候条件下,不但能自动保护风轮不被大风损坏,还能继续发电工作,供给照明。

背景技术
目前社会上大力推广绿色环保可再生能源,风能的利用已被广泛重视,许多风力发电,风能电站已建成营运,但电网线路难以到达的边远山区、长途公路、海岛等地区,由于线路投资问题一直没有路灯,车辆行人多感夜间不便,经常发生事故。虽然,太阳能路灯,风能路灯产品已有问世,但由于太阳能电池板价格昂贵,尚不能普及,风能路灯在大风,飓风面前容易造成损坏。寻求造价低,维修简便,寿命长,无污染的相应技术,市场需求很迫切,现在防飓风的风能路灯可防风灾的技术问题已被突破,达到了解决和实施的时机。
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的,就是为解决上述问题,为山区、林区、海防、湖滨、航标灯、长途公路、小区和公园路灯的独立环境中的安全可靠照明而设计出的一种利用昼夜随时会产生的风力,带动固定在路灯杆上的风轮组转动,使小功率直流发电机发电,经控制器对蓄电池组充电,同时供夜间LED灯具照明,特别在6级以上的大风和飓风恶劣气候条件下,不但能自动保护风机不被大风损坏,还能继续发电工作,供给照明。
本实用新型的技术解决方案和优点:
这种可防飓风的风能路灯,主要由灯杆(1)风轮组、(2)小功率直流发电机(3)、控制器(4)、蓄电池组(5)、LED灯具(6)经合理组合设计而成。风轮组(2)的安装位置可应具体设计要求,可竖直、可横卧、也可倾斜,风轮组(2)的叶片是半凹形,每个叶轮的叶片不少于2片,叶片(8)与叶轮盘(7)外端位置的连接轴点(9)是固定的,叶片(8)可绕叶轮盘(7)外端的固定连接轴(9)转动。其转动角度由叶轮轴(9)位置的连接弹簧装置(11)受风力影响自动调节,改变叶片(8)的阻力系数,使风轮组(2)转速得到控制,保护风能路灯的安全运行。
本风能路灯应安装在常年有风的地点,2-3级风速时可以启动发电,供路灯照明,在6级以上大风和飓风的恶劣气候条件下,不但能自动保护风轮不被大风损坏,还能继续发电工作,供给照明,是一种绿色环保安全的节能高效照明路灯。

具体实施方式
如图1,本实用新型发明可防飓风的风能路灯,应首先将灯杆(1)牢固地埋设或安装在常年有风的地方。风轮组(2)安装在灯杆(1)顶端,不论风从何方向吹来风轮组(2)在2级以上风中都会转动起来,带动风轮轴心位置的小功率直流发电机(3)转动发电,发出的直流电用导线与控制器(4)输入端连接,控制器(4)具有光敏开关功能,过流过压保护功能,防雷击功能,控制器(4)输出端的导线,连接到蓄电池组(5)和LED灯具(6)。供LED灯夜间发光照明和白天为蓄电池组(5)充电。当风力达到或超过6级大风时,如图2,A-A剖面是在飓风状态中叶片位置示意图,飓风沿B向吹来,风轮组(2)中的叶片(8)会在弹簧装置(11)的拉力作用下,叶片(8)可绕叶轮盘(7)外端的固定连接轴(11)转动,阻力系数会变小,传导的风能也变小,据测算当超过6级大风时,阻力系数由2.2下降到0.5,风力相当于下降一半。风轮组(2)转速就会减慢,这样就保护了风轮组(2)和小功率发电机(3)以及整个系统电路。

1.可防飓风的风能路灯,其特征是:风轮组(2)的叶片(8)呈半凹形,叶片(8)与叶轮盘外端位置的连接轴点(9)是固定的,叶片(7)与叶轮轴(10)位置的连接是通过一个以上的弹簧装置(11)拉力实现,叶片(8)可绕叶轮盘(7)外端的固定连接轴(9)转动。
