由图1可见：主要缺点是通过五金配件的安装缝隙及窗框的拼接缝隙处，部分流入窗框的腔体内，窗框内积存的水极易通过窗框两端拼接缝渗入室内，影响防水性能。图中：窗框下槛1，进水孔4，泻水孔5。

由图2可见：本实用新型包括：窗框下槛1；所述的窗框下槛是指带腔体下槛；在窗框下槛1上有进水孔4以及泻水孔5；还包括：窗框两端的堵头2及周边的密封胶3。
本实用新型的原理是：由进水孔4进入窗框腔体的水由设置在窗框两端的堵头2及周遍的密封胶3将水控制在窗框下槛1的内腔内，通过泻水孔5排出。堵头2有效地阻止了窗框内腔的水从窗框两端的泄露。
本实用新型容易安装，防水性能好。
