本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施来达到的：尼龙隔热条生产线用多头收卷机，它包括电动机，减速机，链轮，链条，电动机固定在机架，其特征在于在主轴的中部有链轮，机架的两端主轴上分别套装有集成式转盘，在转盘两端的主轴上有调节螺母和锁紧螺母，锁紧螺母位于调节螺母的外侧。
在上述技术方案中，所述的集成式转盘由10-80个转盘依次套装在主轴上而组成。
在上述技术方案中，所述的机架的上端有机架支杆，机架支杆上固定有导向杆。
在上述技术方案中，所述机架支杆上有计数器。

集成式转盘11由10-80个转盘依次套装在主轴5上而组成(可根据需要确定单个转盘的数目)。
机架1的上端有机架支杆10，机架支杆10上固定有导向杆12(规范尼龙隔热条的收卷方向，防止尼龙隔热条向上绕卷)。
机架支杆上有计数器13(有计算尼龙隔热条长度的作用)。
本实用新型尼龙隔热条生产线用多头收卷机的工作顺序为：电动机→减速机→链轮传动→主轴转动→集成式转盘收卷。

1.尼龙隔热条生产线用多头收卷机，它包括电动机(9)，减速机(2)，链轮(3)，链条(4)，电动机(9)固定在机架(1)，其特征在于在主轴(5)的中部有链轮(3)，机架(1)的两端主轴上分别套装有集成式转盘(11)，在集成式转盘(11)两端的主轴(5)上有调节螺母(7)和锁紧螺母(6)，锁紧螺母(6)位于调节螺母(7)的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙隔热条生产线用多头收卷机，其特征在于所述的集成式转盘(11)由10-80个转盘依次套装在主轴(5)上而组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙隔热条生产线用多头收卷机，其特征在于所述的机架(1)的上端有机架支杆(10)，机架支杆(10)上固定有导向杆(12)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的尼龙隔热条生产线用多头收卷机，其特征在于所述机架支杆上有计数器(13)。
