通用数字显示油表装置的出现是现有车辆、船舶、飞机等使用油表的一次技术革新,有效的结束了车辆、船舶、飞机等油表无数字显示的历史。通用数字显示油表装置,包括一油箱本体、两测重感应元件、一承重传力机械、一数字显示表及相应电路和单片机,测重元件设置于承重传力机械之上,油箱本体设置于一测重感应元件上,另一测重感应元件装设在油箱本体(里面)底部用来报警,报警器采用红灯报警装在数字显示表中,数字显示表装设于车辆、船舶、飞机等的操作室内;借此能有效实现车辆、船舶、飞机等油箱内油料的数字显示及油少报警。

技术领域 本实用新型涉及现有车辆、船舶、飞机使用的油表装置,尤其是能高精度显示油箱中现有油量及油少报警。
背景技术 目前现有的车辆、船舶、飞机的油表装置,油箱内油料显示极不准确,只有大概值,无数字显示,完全依靠车辆、船舶、飞机的操作人员经验判断是否需要加油,容易出现油箱中油料燃尽的情况。
发明内容 本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:采用测重感应元件来获得油箱中油料的重量,再通过电缆传输到单片机中,单片机再计算成容积通过电缆传输到数字显示表;本装置测重感应元件采用两个,一测重感应元件设置于承重传力机械之上,油箱本体设置于此测重感应元件上,另一测重感应元件装设在油箱本体里面底部。测重感应元件设置最小值报警,这样就形成一套精确数字显示及油少报警的油表装置。本实用新型包括油箱本体、测重感应元件、承重传力机械、数字显示表及相应电路和单片机。
附图说明 附图中:1为测重感应元件、2为承重传力机械、3为油箱、4为单片机,5为数字显示表。本图中油箱、承重传力机械只是示意,具体形状可根据各车辆、船舶、飞机的实际可利用空间调整,两测重感应元件也可以为两组测重感应元件。
具体实施方式 本实用新型:测重感应元件采用两个,一测重感应元件设置于承重传力机械之上,油箱本体设置于一测重感应元件上,另一测重感应元件装设在油箱本体里面底部。报警器装设在数字显示表中,单片机的安装位置考虑车辆、船舶、飞机的实际最佳可利用空间,数字显示表装设于车辆、船舶、飞机的操作室内;测重感应元件都用电缆连接到单片机上,单片机通过电缆输出信号传到数字显示表中,有效实现车辆、船舶、飞机油箱内油料的数字显示及油少报警的双重控制,而此实用新型的最大特点是结构简单,装置的所有零部件当前都有成熟的技术,市场上都可以采购到,使用此实用新型能更加完善车辆、船舶、飞机的性能。

1.通用数字显示油表装置,包括油箱本体、测重感应元件、承重传力机械、数字显示表及相应电路和单片机;一测重感应元件设置于承重传力机械之上,油箱本体设置于此测重感应元件上;另一测重感应元件装设在油箱本体里面底部。
