现有的换热器上的换热管一般都采用壁厚3mm以下的薄壁管,主要是为了提高换热管的换热效率,但却存在生产工艺上的难题,即对于换热头与管板间的焊接很难保证产品质量,提高了生产成本。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种带内锥形管端的换热管,不但保持薄壁换热管的换热效率,同时解决换热管与管板间焊接难题。
本实用新型提供的技术方案如下:它包括薄壁换热管,其特征是:换热管的两端管壁厚在距管端500mm范围内从端部向内渐近减薄直至薄管壁厚度,中间部分为主体换热的薄管壁。
本实用新型的优点是:不但保持薄壁换热管的换热效率,同时解决换热管与管板间焊接难题。
