Abstract

本实用新型是有关于一种引水管,由进水接头、出水接头和管体组成,所述的进水接头、出水接头均包括外帽和内卡,外帽与内卡为可拆卸连接,管体的端头被夹紧固定于外帽与内卡之间。本实用新型引水管,仅是对现有技术做些微的改进,不仅结构简单,使用方便,管体与接头还以可拆卸结构连接,一旦管体发生断裂仍可恢复使用,极大的避免了浪费,符合成本效益,适于广泛推广使用。

本实用新型涉及一种引水管,特别涉及一种常用于绿化灌溉的引水管。
背景技术
现有的花坛、草坪等绿化设施的灌溉系统有多种,其中之一是利用引水管连接水龙头并进行浇灌,这种灌溉系统通用性最强,建设也较为简单,成本低廉,是应用最为广泛的灌溉系统。但是,在实际使用时却发现,由于引水管的管体与接头在材质、结构上的差异,使得管体易在与接头相接处发生断裂,而管体与接头之间均为固定的死连接,一旦管体发生断裂,只能将整个引水管抛弃,从而造成极大的浪费。
由此可见,上述现有的引水管在结构与使用上,显然仍存在有不便与缺陷,而亟待加以进一步改进。如何研制一种结构简单,使用方便,管体与接头以可拆卸结构连接,一旦管体发生断裂仍可恢复使用的新型结构的引水管,也是当前的重要改进目标之一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,克服现有的引水管存在的缺陷,而提供一种新型结构的引水管,所要解决的技术问题是使其结构简单,使用方便,管体与接头以可拆卸结构连接,一旦管体发生断裂仍可恢复使用,从而更加适于实用。
本实用新型的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下的技术方案来实现的。依据本实用新型提出的一种引水管,由进水接头、出水接头和管体组成,所述的进水接头、出水接头均包括外帽和内卡,外帽与内卡为可拆卸连接,管体的端头被夹紧固定于外帽与内卡之间。
本实用新型的目的及解决其技术问题还可以采用以下的技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的引水管,所述的外帽包括内螺纹部和内凸部,内螺纹部的小径大于管体的外径,内凸部的内径与管体外径相当;内卡包括外螺纹部和外凸部,内卡的外螺纹部与外帽的内螺纹部匹配,外凸部的轴截面为梯形,其端部外径略小于管体的内径,而底部外径略大于管体的内径;外帽与内卡螺接固定,管体的端头被外帽的内凸部与内卡的外凸部夹紧固定。
前述的引水管,所述的进水接头还包括蝴蝶帽,蝴蝶帽通过锁固件与进水接头的内卡固定连接。
前述的引水管,所述的进水接头的内卡设有内螺纹,蝴蝶帽在与内卡相接处设有卡凸,锁固件的端帽与卡凸相抵,并与内卡螺接固定。
前述的引水管,所述的锁固件与蝴蝶帽相接处、锁固件与内卡相接处均设置有垫片。
综上所述,本实用新型引水管,仅是对现有技术做些微的改进,不仅结构简单,使用方便,管体与接头还以可拆卸结构连接,一旦管体发生断裂仍可恢复使用,极大的避免了浪费,符合成本效益,适于广泛推广使用。本实用新型具有上述诸多优点及实用价值,其不论在产品结构或功能上皆有较大的改进,在技术上有显著的进步,并产生了好用及实用的效果,且较现有的引水管具有增进的功效,从而更加适于实用。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本实用新型为达成预定实用新型目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本实用新型提出的引水管其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本实用新型由进水接头1、出水接头2和管体3组成,管体3与进水接头1、出水接头2均为可拆卸连接。
其中,进水接头1主要包括外帽11和内卡12。外帽11包括内螺纹部111和内凸部112,内螺纹部111的小径大于管体3的外径,内凸部112的内径与管体3的外径相当。内卡12包括外螺纹部121和外凸部122,外螺纹部121与外帽11的内螺纹部111相匹配,外凸部122的轴截面为梯形,其端部外径略小于管体3的内径,而底部外径略大于管体3的内径。外帽11与内卡12螺接固定,管体3的进水端头被内凸部112与外凸部122夹紧固定于外帽11与内卡12之间。
较佳的,进水接头1还可包括通过锁固件14与内卡12固定连接的蝴蝶帽13,以更便于进水接头1与水龙头的连接、锁紧操作。其具体结构可为,在进水接头1内卡12的外螺纹部121设置部分内螺纹123,在蝴蝶帽13与内卡12相接处设有卡凸131,锁固件14的端帽141与卡凸131相抵,并通过其外螺纹与内卡12螺接固定。其中,锁固件14与蝴蝶帽13相接处、锁固件14与内卡12相接处均可设置垫片,以防止部件相接处发生滴水。
出水接头2包括外帽21和内卡22,其结构与进水接头1的外帽11和内卡12结构相同,管体3的出水端头被夹紧固定于出水接头的外帽21和内卡22之间。
上述仅列举了本实用新型的最佳实施方式,实践中,可以根据需要采用任何结构实现外帽与内卡的可拆卸连接。使用时,一旦管体3发生断裂,拆开外帽与内卡,截掉管体3的损伤部位,将管体端头自内凸部插入外帽,再将内卡螺入外帽中。随着内卡的不断螺入,内卡的外凸部逐渐深入管体并撑开管体端头,并与外帽的内凸部协同作用,挤压、固定管体端头,从而实现断裂管体的恢复使用。

1.一种引水管,由进水接头、出水接头和管体组成,其特征在于:
所述的进水接头、出水接头均包括外帽和内卡,外帽与内卡为可拆卸连接,管体的端头被夹紧固定于外帽与内卡之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的引水管,其特征在于:
所述的外帽包括内螺纹部和内凸部,内螺纹部的小径大于管体的外径,内凸部的内径与管体外径相当;
内卡包括外螺纹部和外凸部,内卡的外螺纹部与外帽的内螺纹部匹配,外凸部的轴截面为梯形,其端部外径略小于管体的内径,而底部外径略大于管体的内径;
外帽与内卡螺接固定,管体的端头被外帽的内凸部与内卡的外凸部夹紧固定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的引水管,其特征在于所述的进水接头还包括蝴蝶帽,蝴蝶帽通过锁固件与进水接头的内卡固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的引水管,其特征在于所述的进水接头的内卡设有内螺纹,蝴蝶帽在与内卡相接处设有卡凸,锁固件的端帽与卡凸相抵,并与内卡螺接固定。
5.根据权利要求3所述的引水管,其特征在于所述的锁固件与蝴蝶帽相接处、锁固件与内卡相接处均设置有垫片。
