背景技术
如图1所示，现有变速操纵球接总成的橡胶防尘罩是利用橡胶的弹性压进球座上的预留槽中的，防尘罩与球座粘接。在使用过程中，由于球接的球头销杆长期以球心为中心摆动和转动，所以防尘罩很容易从球座上脱落，造成外界灰尘进入球接内部，影响球头与球座的滑动，降低了变速操纵球接总成的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种有效避免外界灰尘进入内部的变速操纵球接总成。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供的变速操纵球接总成包括球座和弹性材料制成的防尘罩，所述的防尘罩的下端与球座的凸台面外缘固定连接，它还包括金属材料制成的卡环，所述的卡环卡接在防尘罩的下端外部。
采用以上结构后，本实用新型变速操纵球接总成与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
金属卡环卡接在弹性材料制成的防尘罩外，使防尘罩与球座紧紧贴合，在长期使用过程中防尘罩也不易脱落，有效避免了外界灰尘进入变速操纵球接总成内部，提高了使用寿命。
