本实用新型涉及一种污水处理领域用的装置,特别是涉及一种污水提升装置。
背景技术
目前常见的污水提升装置,都是直接采用提升泵提升污水,用提升泵直接提升污水的缺点是:由于管道中经常混入空气,引起提升泵空转,不仅影响正常工作,而且还会减少提升泵的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便的污水提升装置,该装置能够解决提升泵由于混入空气而不能正常工作的问题。
为实现该发明目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种污水提升装置,包括提升泵、控制提升泵出水的蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括吸气装置,该吸气装置与提升泵的出水口相连接。
进一步地,所述吸气装置为气动隔膜泵,气动隔膜泵的吸气管与提升泵的出水口相连接。
最佳的方案为,在气动隔膜泵的吸气管上设一个过滤器。
采用上述技术方案的提升装置,由于设置了气动隔膜泵,能够将提升泵管道中混入的空气吸出,从而保证提升泵正常工作,在气动隔膜泵的吸气管上设置过滤器,可以防止气动隔膜泵工作时将提升泵管道中残留的较大颗粒的杂质吸入气动隔膜泵内,而损坏气动隔膜泵。该提升装置使用起来很方便,而且能够快速有效除去提升泵管道中的空气,效果较好。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2、图3,一种污水提升装置,包括提升泵1、控制提升泵1出水的蝶阀2,气动隔膜泵3,气动隔膜泵3的吸气管31与提升泵1的出水口11相连通,气动隔膜泵3的吸气管31上设一个过滤器4。
当提升泵1管道中混入空气后,提升泵1开始空转不能正常工作时,关闭提升泵1和蝶阀2,开启气动隔膜泵3,将管道中的空气吸出,当气动隔膜泵3的出水不含空气时,说明管道的空气已经被排尽,这时可以打开提升泵1,然后慢慢打开蝶阀2,恢复正常工作。当过滤器4中杂物过多时,及时清洗滤网41。

1.一种污水提升装置,包括提升泵、控制提升泵出水的蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括吸气装置,该吸气装置与提升泵的出水口相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的污水提升装置,其特征在于:所述吸气装置为气动隔膜泵,气动隔膜泵的吸气管与提升泵的出水口相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的污水提升装置,其特征在于:在气动隔膜泵的吸气管上设有过滤器。
