[0008] 如果能将太阳能热发电装置与生物质燃料发电装置有机的结合起来,共用循环系 统,联合发电,则可以取长补短,优势互补,实现全天候运行,还可以提高发电装置效率。但 是现有技术中还没有太阳能与生物质联合发电装置。

[0020] 导热油是一种良好的有机热载剂,具有较高的热容量和较低粘度。在常压下导热 油的初馏点比水的蒸发温度要高出数倍。导热油在300°C的条件下仍不气化而保持常压,此 时饱和压力的水蒸汽已高达8. 5MPa。用导热油代替传统的水蒸汽热载剂,就能以低压管道 系统代替高压管道系统。
[0021] 导热油还具有传热均匀,热稳定性好以及优良的导热特性。例如在10(TC时,饱和 水蒸汽的导热系数为0. 0237W/(m. °C ),而Mobiltherm 605#导热油在IO(TC时的导热系数 为0. 127W/(m. °C ),是水蒸汽的5. 35倍,传输距离远、热损失小,能在多种不同温度下获得 热量。
[0022] 导热油适用于流动加热别的用热设备。导热油冷却速度低,温度波动变化小,传热 效率高,可以作为稳定的加热热源。
4[0023] 导热油不含芳烃,是一种液体石蜡,外观淡黄无味,加热后逐渐变成褐色。导热油 对普通的碳钢设备和管道基本上无腐蚀作用,不需要采用类似蒸汽系统的给水脱盐、除氧 等复杂的处理过程,因此具有系统简单输送方便等优点。
[0024] 导热油采用液相方式换热,相对于汽相方式换热,液相换热系统的优点是不会泄 漏,运行操作简单稳定。
[0025] 本实用新型充分利用导热油循环压力低、加热过程只有温度升高而不发生气化、 导热油温度稳定的特点,可以达到流动加热,获得波动范围小、稳定的热负荷,蒸发器由流 动的导热油加热、效率高体积小,太阳能与生物质联合发电装置可以有效控制、稳定运行, 发出的电量稳定。
[0026] 利用低沸点有机工质在低温下即可气化的特点,吸收导热油的热量使之气化,进 入透平做功,带动发电机产生电能,并可获得热水等副产品。

Claims (4)
- 一种太阳能与生物质联合发电装置,包括太阳能集热器、生物质燃料锅炉、第一导热油盘管、第二导热油盘管、导热油循环系统、注油系统和发电系统;其特征是:所述第一导热油盘管安装在太阳能集热器中,所述第二导热油盘管安装在生物质燃料锅炉中;所述导热油循环系统由过滤器、分油缸、上行循环泵、下行循环泵、集油缸、油液上行管道、油液下行管道组成;所述过滤器、分油缸、上行循环泵串联在油液上行管道上,所述下行循环泵、集油缸串联在油液下行管道上;所述第一导热油盘管的出口经过一号管道与油液上行管道的入口连接,第一导热油盘管的入口经过二号管道与油液下行管道的出口连接;所述第二导热油盘管的出口经过三号管道与油液上行管道的入口连接,第二导热油盘管的入口经过四号管道与油液下行管道的出口连接;所述注油系统与油液下行管道并联,注油系统由注油泵、膨胀槽、热油泵、热油储槽组成,注油管道跨接在所述油液下行管道的入口和出口之间,注油泵、膨胀槽、热油泵、热油储槽依次串联在注油管道上;所述发电系统由蒸发器、透平、发电机、一次预热器、冷凝器、工质循环泵、二次预热器组成,蒸发器的壳侧出口通过工质气相管道与透平的入口连通,透平的出口通过乏气输送管与一次预热器的壳侧入口连通,一次预热器的壳侧出口经过一号联接管与冷凝器连通,冷凝器的冷凝液出口经过工质液相管道与一次预热器的管侧入口连通,一次预热器的管侧出口经过回程管与二次预热器的壳侧入口连通,二次预热器的壳侧出口经过二号联接管与蒸发器的壳侧入口连通;蒸发器的管侧入口通过一号管接头与油液上行管道的出口连接,蒸发器的管侧出口通过三号联接管与二次预热器的管侧入口连接,二次预热器的管侧出口通过二号管接头与油液下行管道的入口连接;所述工质循环泵设置在工质液相管道上,所述一号管道、二号管道、三号管道、四号管道、油液下行管道、注油管道、工质气相管道上设置有阀门。
- 2. 如权利要求1所述的一种太阳能与生物质联合发电装置,其特征是:所述工质气相管道与乏气输送管之间跨接有旁通管道,该旁通管道上设置有阀门。
- 3. 如权利要求1所述的一种太阳能与生物质联合发电装置,其特征是:所述分油缸与集油缸之间设置有联通管,该联通管上设置有阀门。
- 4. 如权利要求1所述的一种太阳能与生物质联合发电装置,其特征是:所述冷凝器是空冷式冷凝器或水冷式冷凝器。
