Abstract

背景技术
马桶节水，大多是利用增加附件安装在马桶内，有的低于4升水，甚者有用一升水的马桶，不足之处是所用的附件容易结垢影响密封。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处，研制了一种马桶，利用马桶本体实现节水。
技术方案是：一种马桶，包括有水箱、双水封虹吸管路的马桶，其特征是：水箱内装置有小水箱，小水箱为密封结构，其下部有进水孔、出水孔，小水箱通过通气管与虹吸管路相通，水箱内装置有进、排水阀。
技术方案是这样实现的，利用模具成型的同时，在水箱内制作一个小水箱，或另外制作一个小水箱坯，安接在水箱内，一次成型、烧成。同时制作双水封的虹吸式马桶。其工作原理是当水箱进水时小水箱通过小水箱体内的进水孔同时进水，小水箱内的空气被压缩至虹吸管路内；当冲水时小水箱的水快速排出，虹吸管内的压缩空气释放，产生一个负压，使虹吸管路快速产生虹吸，经试验仅用3升水，既达国标，实现了节水。
产品的有益效果是，全部陶瓷结构，一次烧成，不增加附件，不存在结垢问题，效果好，可靠性高，生产简单，成本并不增加，真正实现了节水。业内属于创新。

具体实施方式
如图所示，制作马桶模具及水箱模具，制坯阶段直接成型双水封管路和水箱，小水箱和通气管直接成型在马桶水箱内，或另外制作小水箱安接在水箱内，小水箱是密封的，在小水箱下部开出进水孔和出水孔，进水孔的孔径和出水孔的截面积由马桶的器型决定。水箱安接时，通气管下端管孔与虹吸管上的通气管对准、密封。干坯后一次烧成。
