二、背景技术
当前，广大农村产生沼气的装置，普遍使用玻璃钢沼气池和混凝土沼气池。玻璃钢沼气池手工糊制，存在漏气隐患，抗冲击性能较差，不易运输，玻璃钢不能重复使用；混凝土沼气池密封性差、易渗漏、机械强度差、抗冲击性能差、韧性差、使用寿命短、产气率低、砌筑劳动强度高、施工周期长、后期维护工作量大。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的提供了一种使用寿命长、抗冲击性强、韧性好、耐腐蚀、不渗漏、产气率高、安装运输方便、无需维修、原材料可循环使用的一种PE滚塑沼气池。
本实用新型的技术方案是：它包括筒体1、进料口2、出料口3、上盖4、人孔5组成。其特征是：所述筒体1为一次整体滚塑成型构成；所述筒体1的上面有其滚塑一次成型的进料口2和出料口3，所述在筒体1的上部有其滚塑一次成型的上盖4；所述在上盖4上有其一次滚塑成型的人孔5。本实用新型PE滚塑沼气池的材质采用国际优质PE原料，能循环使用，节能降耗，环保无污染，采用滚塑加工工艺，所述筒体容积的大小可根据客户的要求进行加工制作；与所述筒体1上的进料口2、出料口3相连接的短节可根据用户的要求进行加工制作；
有益效果：
本实用新型由于采用滚塑工艺进行加工制作，保证了它所有拐处的厚度是其壁厚的1～1.5倍，无压成型，材料本身没有内应力的损伤，机械强度高，抗冲击性强，耐腐蚀，使用寿命长；光滑的PE滚塑储罐筒体内表面，在使用过程中很难粘附结晶物，即使有沉淀物的产生，由于PE滚塑储罐筒体具有良好的韧性，可通过轻震筒体的方式将其与筒体分离，通过出料口排除掉；PE滚塑沼气池属整体滚塑成型，无焊缝连接，气密性好，完全不漏气，产气率高；所述PE滚塑沼气池整体重量轻，易于安装运输；PE原料导热系数小，保温性能优良。
