由于畜牧对饲料中氮的吸收率很低,大量的氮随粪便被排出体外后,在土壤中累积,超过其
单位面积生态环境再循环需求,而且通过雨水的冲刷会造成地下水源和地表水源的污染,
还有粪便中含有大量对环境造成严重污染的物质;污水污染:由于我国畜禽养殖企业长期
以来片面追求经济效益,环保意识极差,对粪便污水管理落后,致使大量的粪便随冲洗水直
接流失,甚至有的将粪便直接排入河流中,严重污染了大江大河的水质。例如,猪场排放的
粪尿污水中的生化指标极高,其中COD(化学耗氧量)和BOD(生物耗氧量)远远超过国标。
高浓度的有机污水排入江河湖泊中,造成水质不断恶化,其中污水中高浓度的氮、磷是造成
水体富营养化的重要原因,使藻类过度生长,从而导致鱼类的大量死亡(Roland等,1993)
严重威胁水产业的发展。畜禽粪便污染物不仅污染了地表水,使地表水中的硝酸盐含量超
出允许范围(50mg/L),其有毒、有害成分还易进入到地下水中,严重污染地下水。

业达标模式显然不符合我国国情。研发一套经济高效、低能耗、少维护,能有效去除养殖污

[0020] 所述下筒体2的内部安装有下反应釜6,下反应釜6的底部接有污水进水管7和污 泥排管8,污泥排管8上接有污泥泵9 ;上筒体3的内部安装有上反应釜10,上反应釜10的 底部接有清水出水管11 ;上反应釜10的上部安装有过滤装置12 ;上反应釜10和/或下反 应釜6安装有支撑柱13 ;清水出水管11的中部接有反冲洗进水管14,反冲洗进水管14上 安装有反冲洗阀门15 ;清水出水管11和反冲洗进水管14的连接部位的两侧均安装有出水 阀门16 ;上筒体3的底部接有曝气管17,曝气管17接有风机18 ;下筒体2的外壁上设置有 液位显示装置19。
[0021] 由于采用了上述结构,当需要对养殖污水进行处理的时候,首先将污水通过污水 进水管7排入下反应釜6,由于下反应釜6内投放了微生物制剂,污水在无氧微生物的作用下,大部分被分解,污水水位逐渐上升进而漫过下反应釜6顶端进入下筒体2,工作人员通 过设置在下筒体2外壁上的液位显示装置19对其进行监控,达到设定液位高度的时候,开 启污水提升泵5,将经过无氧处理后的污水提升至上筒体3内。
[0022] 经过无氧处理后的污水进入上筒体3以后,将连接在曝气管17上的风机18开启, 对上筒体3内的污水进行有氧处理,在有氧处理的过程中,液位不断上升直至漫过上反应 釜10的顶端,由于上反应釜10的上部安装有过滤装置12,经有氧处理后的污水经过滤后进 入上反应釜10内,然后开启清水出水管11上的出水阀门16,将经过处理后达标的清水排出。
[0023] 本实用新型在长久运行后,下反应釜6内会存放了一些经无氧反应后产生的污 泥,需对其进行清理排放,在清理排放时只需启动污泥排管8上的污泥泵9即可将污泥排 出;如需对整个装置的内部进行清洗的时候,可将反冲洗进水管14上的反冲洗阀门15开 启,将清水出水管ll上靠近出水端的出水阀门16关闭,然后通入清水即可实现装置内部的清洗。

- 一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,包括筒体,其特征在于,所述筒体被曝气盘(1)分隔为下筒体(2)和上筒体(3),下筒体(2)和上筒体(3)之间通过污水提升管(4)相接通,污水提升管(4)接有污水提升泵(5)。
- 2. 根据权利要求l所述的一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述下筒体(2) 的内部安装有下反应釜(6),下反应釜(6)的底部接有污水进水管(7)。
- 3. 根据权利要求2所述的一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述下反应釜 (6)的底部还接有污泥排管(8),污泥排管(8)上接有污泥泵(9)。
- 4. 根据权利要求l所述的一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述上筒体(3) 的内部安装有上反应釜(IO),上反应釜(10)的底部接有清水出水管(11)。
- 5. 根据权利要求4所述的一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述上反应釜 (10)的上部安装有过滤装置(12)。
- 6. 根据权利要求4所述的一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述上反应釜 (10)和/或下反应釜(6)安装有支撑柱(13)。
- 7. 根据权利要求4所述的一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述清水出水 管(11)的中部接有反冲洗进水管(14),反冲洗进水管(14)上安装有反冲洗阀门(15)。
- 8. 根据权利要求7所述的一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述清水出水 管(11)和反冲洗进水管(14)的连接部位的两侧均安装有出水阀门(16)。
- 9. 根据权利要求l所述的一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述上筒体(3) 的底部接有曝气管(17),曝气管(17)接有风机(18)。
- 10. 根据权利要求1所述的一体化农村养殖污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述下筒体 (2)的外壁上设置有液位显示装置(19)。
