Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于包装袋扎口的扎口带。该扎口带的技术解决方案改变了现有技术的齿与齿的锁紧方式。其作法是：在圆管状锁体的内孔壁上连有与锁体一体的在空心锥台纵向开口均分成的止退爪，在与锁体呈T形连接的截面为圆形的锁带上设有与止退爪相匹配锥形的止退凸台，在锁体内孔止退爪的上方设有防撬环。本实用新型包装袋扎口带与现有技术相比，由于采用空心锥台与锥形凸台配合锁紧方式，增大了锁紧部结构的厚度和强度，在使用过程中避免了脱扣现象的发生；由于结构中没有太小尺寸的部分，降低了模具的加工难度和易损率，减少了模具的维修次数，降低了成本。结构中防撬环的设计增加了防盗功能。

技术领域    本实用新型涉及一种用于包装袋扎口的扎口带。
背景技术    为解决包装袋的快速扎口问题，人们研制出了各种各样的用塑料注塑成型的带齿锁头与带有卡齿的锁带连接成的扎口带。这些扎口带虽然解决了快速扎口的问题，但在使用过程中都存在着不便用力，卡齿强度不够，易滑脱等不足。如专利号为：200520093047.3的包装袋扎口带，由于结构中的卡齿尺寸小，强度不够，用力过大时易造成脱扣；卡齿的尺寸小，模具加工的难度也大，而且模具成型易损，经常需要维修，不但给生产造成了麻烦，也增加了产品的成本。
发明内容    为克服现有技术存在的上述不足，解决扎口带存在的滑脱和开模具难的问题，本实用新型提供了一种包装袋扎口带。该包装袋扎口带的技术解决方案改变了现有技术的齿与齿的锁紧方式。其作法是：在圆管状锁体的内孔壁上连有与锁体一体的在空心锥台纵向开口均分成的止退爪，在与锁体呈T形连接的截面为圆形的锁带上设有与止退爪相匹配锥形的止退凸台，在锁体内孔止退爪的上方设有防撬环。本实用新型的包装袋扎口带与现有技术相比，由于采用止退爪与锥形凸台配合的锁紧方式，增大了锁紧部结构的尺寸、厚度和强度，避免了在使用过程中脱扣现象的发生；由于结构中锁紧部分的尺寸、厚度和强度的增大，降低了模具的加工难度和易损率，减少了模具的维修次数，降低了成本。结构中防撬环的设计增加了防盗功能。

参照附图1、2，本实用新型包装袋扎口带的结构包括了图中的圆管状的锁体1，在锁体1内孔壁上连有与锁体1一体的由在空心锥台纵向开口而均分成的止退爪2，在与锁体1呈T形连为一体的截面为圆形的锁带3上设有与止退爪2相匹配锥形的止退凸台4，在锁体1孔内止退爪2的上方设有一个防撬环5。
使用时，当扎口带锁紧后，锁带3上的一个止退凸台4正卡在止退爪2上，在它上方的一个止退凸台4正好堵住了防撬环5的内口，这样就防止了向口内插入利器来破坏止退爪2，因此起到了防撬的目的。

1.一种包装袋扎口带，它包括有锁体(1)、锁带(3)，其特征在于在圆管状锁体(1)的内孔壁上连有与锁体(1)一体的在空心锥台纵向开口均分成的止退爪(2)，在与锁体(1)呈T形连接的截面为圆形的锁带(3)上设有与止退爪(2)相匹配锥形的止退凸台(4)，在锁体(1)内孔止退爪(2)的上方设有防撬环(5)。
