Abstract

火车顶上太阳能热水器,在弧形敞口的保温外壳内,底层是涂有选择性涂料的吸热板,在太阳光的作用下,直接在水中光热转换,敞口面是弧形的真空玻璃板,用胶密封.弧形保温外壳靠近火车车门的一端,用保温材料装一个水箱,水箱上装三个口,一个进水口,以便与铁路上的水管相连配套进水,一个溢流口,作排气和水满指示用,水箱底面装一个出水口,与火车上的锅炉进水口或用水口相连.整个太阳能热水器安装在火车车箱顶上与火车车箱顶成为一体,这种太阳能热水器只要有太阳,就能供应热水与锅炉配套使用,节约能源,由于这种热水器装在车箱顶上,夏天遮阳隔热,冬天又保温,起到调节车箱内温度的作用。

背景技术
火车上供应的开水、热水都是用烧煤的锅炉供应的,煤是有限能源,而且把煤装上火车,也得化劳动力,因此服务差一点的火车,常常供应不上开水,让旅客冬天洗冷水.
发明内容
为了节约能源,让旅客在火车上能用上热水,减轻装煤的劳动强度,本实用新型提供一种火车顶上太阳能热水器,不仅节约能源,夏天还能遮阳隔热,冬天保温暖和.
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:利用本人汽车顶上的太阳能热水器的专利枝术,(ZL2008202102885),经改进而成.在弧形敞口的保温外壳内,底层是涂有选择性涂料的吸热板,在太阳光的作用下,直接在水中光热转换,故转换效率高,敞口面是弧形的真空玻璃板,用胶密封.弧形保温外壳靠近车门的一端,用保温材料装一个水箱,与光热转换水箱相通,不断对流,加热贮水箱中的水,贮水箱上装三个口,一个进水口,以便与铁路上的水管相连配套进水,一个溢流口,作排气和水满指示用,在贮水箱底面装一个出水口,与火车上的锅炉进水口、用水口相接.整个太阳能热水器安装在火车顶上,与火车顶成为一体,夏天遮阳隔热,冬天又保温.
本实用新型的有益效果是:火车顶上安装这种太阳能热水器与锅炉配套使用,可节约能源,还能调节车箱内的温度.

在图1中,弧形保温外壳(4)的的一端是贮水箱(9),贮水箱(9),装有进水口(10)出水口(11)溢流口(12),弧形保温外壳的敞口面是弧形真空玻璃板(1),用胶密封,安装架(14)以便安装在火车车箱顶上.在图2中,弧形真空玻璃板(1)由弧形真空玻璃板上层(2)和弧形真空玻璃板下层(3)中间抽掉空气构成.贮水箱(9)与光热转换水箱(8)相通,并安装进水口(10)出水口(11)溢流口(12).弧形真空玻璃下层(3)和保温外壳内层(6)的底层之间是吸热板(13),盛水后成了光热转换水箱(8),与贮水箱(9)内的水对流.弧形保温外壳(4)由外壳外层(5)和外壳内层(6)中间是保温层(7)所构成,(14)是安装架,用作热水器与火车车箱顶安装固定用.

1.火车顶上太阳能热水器,在弧形敞口的保温外壳内,底层是涂有选择性涂料的吸热板,敞口面是弧形的真空玻璃板,用胶密封,弧形保温外壳的一端,用保温材料做一个水箱,水箱上有进水口、溢流口、出水口,其特征是:整个太阳能热水器的保温外壳,吸热板,真空玻璃板都是弧形的与火车车箱顶成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火车顶上太阳能热水器的特征是:弧形真空玻璃板由弧形真空玻璃板上层,弧形真空玻璃板下层,上下层之间有一定距离,抽成真空组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的火车顶上太阳能热水器的特征是:弧形保温外壳由外壳外层,外壳内层,中间是保温材料构成,靠车门的一端有一个贮水箱与光热转换水箱相通,贮水箱上装有进水口、出水口、溢流口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的火车顶上太阳能热水器的特征是:弧形吸热板上涂有选择性涂料。
